Our 1st pup together gave us such inspiration to do something for other pooches! This fenced in area is across the street from our main tiny home & is a private area for your pooch to run, play & of course SNIFF! Travelers...we are located, not far off of I77, near Seneca Lake, Senecaville exit. If you're traveling, it's a great place to pull off & let your dog have a break! We have a private restroom on site!

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

We have a beautiful large fenced in backyard just adjacent to a wooded area. Plenty of shade available. Plenty of parking in our driveway. And, we have Leo who is a social 3 year old 40lb mini Newfypoo who is willing to come out and play with you, if desired. Fence and driveway were just upgraded last summer, so come play and enjoy! Please note that there are 3 gate entrances (2 more in addition to the one you will enter from the driveway; one along the woods and another on the side of the house). We regularly check to ensure that the gates are latched but please be sure to double check yourself as sometimes we are not home in between visitors. The fence is otherwise secure throughout.

Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. Hello, new here and figured our dogs love our giant yard so yours can too! It has a nice flat spot on the bottom, you can bring toys or we have a chuck it and some tug toys. I cut the grass down on the flat and most of the hill, my dogs enjoy hiding in some taller areas and playing with each other. We have a nice patio where you can park and sit and throw a ball down the hill or up the hill, nearby the patio we have a water hose you can use to spray your dog or play with them. We will offer purified water for dogs and cold bottles for our guests. 1 bottle per hour per guest.
