Available under the deck is: Kiddie pool (summer only) Hose Sprinkler (summer only) Heel sticks Flirt pole Hearding ball Agility equipment: 2 tunnels, weave poles, jump, hoop jump All amenities are included in set rate, we do not charge for extras for amenities. As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

This is a wonderful place, great space for our pups to run. Lots of toys, and the fencing is perfect for dogs who are reactive to seeing people and other animals passing by. Only issue was there were no bowls available to put water in for the pups. Top notch play spot for everyone.

Great, large yard! I was really hoping I could get my pup interested in the flirt pole but he was more interested in trying to run up the deck stairs. The yard has a clear sign at the gate which is super helpful, and parking in the driveway. Definitely recommended, would visit again.

What a lovely BIG back yard with high fencing all around. Perfect for our reactive dog. The fence was solid, not chain link, so he couldn’t see through to the neighbors’ yard. PERFECT! There was water and a bowl accessible and places to sit. Kelly was a most generous host at Cal and Chief’s. I highly recommend.

The dogs always have so much fun. Amazing open backyard with tons of room for the dogs to run around. They are sweet to allow us to use their toys for the dogs to play with and left out a water bowl, sanitizer, and bug spray. We loved setting up the agility course and having the dogs practice jumping over obstacles.

My pup had a really great time, and she loved the agility equipment. It was so spacious and we all felt very comfortable. The water and hose were easy access. There was some stool left behind from another dog but it was quick to clean up with the scoop. Otherwise would definitely sign up again!!

Rufio and I had the best time! Everything about our visit from start to finish was perfection. Easy to find location, entrance was nicely secured and off to the side. Once inside the fenced in area we were in complete doggie paradise. The space is HUGE!! Provided were toys, agility equipment to set up if desired (we definitely will in the future) water, water bowl, chair and lounge bed for the pups. Rufio got a real good sniff in to start and we then played ball for the whole time. It's been a while since I've been able to let Rufio off leash for a good game of ball and just being a doggo. He is fear reactive of dogs he doesn't know, so finding a space where there's guaranteed no other pup's, secure fencing and space to run is truly priceless. This is definitely our new favorite place!! Thank you Kelly, Cal and Chief!!

SO much room to run , my dogs loved the big open field to chase each other and play fetch, they especially loved running circles around the shed 😅 so much he sounded like a hyena 🤣 super clean and nice neighborhood, I did have to block the stairs with something because mine were super interested in going on the deck so sorry if they were a bother when I was showing them off!

Greta had a great time chasing her tennis balls. The entrance was easy to find, and there was convenient off-street parking. The owner had dog toys and a kiddie pool, but we didn't take advantage of those on this visit. The yard was neat and clean. There is plenty of shade for when your dog needs a break from the heat. We will definitely be back!

There’s so much room to run around and play, and they have this super fun pool that I just can’t resist.
