We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. Open fields, wild flowers, clover patches, a stream, marsh, sticks, mulch, wild berries, and lots of privacy. Upon request: hammock, chair, dog toys, kiddie pool, sand, snacks, and treats. There may be cats here. Please do not let your dog chase the cats or chickens. We have a small jack shi tzu & 2 labs who can be restricted or come out to play based on your preference.

No metal detectors, open fires, or overnight camping. Use of confetti, glitter, and water balloons and the release of balloons is prohibited. Park in designated areas only. Motorized vehicles are permitted on designated roadways only unless otherwise stated. Activities involving sales or solicitation require written approval from park management. Access may be restricted due to special events, land management projects, or park maintenance.
