We have 12.5 acres of a family owned hobby farm. We’d love to share this piece of heaven with you, your family and dog(s). We are open year round to capture all the amazing sensory experiences each seasons has to offer. It has a fully fenced (5’ tall) equipped agility course with a splash pad and kiddy pool available during spring and summer. Additionally, there are two partially fenced pastures (sloped), woodland, mini forest, shallow creek and Ninja course just waiting to be explored. The property has lots of little surprises to be discovered. Many amenities to make your experience as carefree as possible. Feel free to bring a picnic, there are a number of peaceful places to rest and relax while your children and fur baby gets exercise, free play and plenty of Sniff Spot opportunities to wear them out!

To the seniors, the fosters, the super swimmers, and first timers, the paddle boarders, the sharks, the littles and the BIGs….thank you!! 💕 Welcome to those who don't mind a makeshift metal accordion and netting "gate" at the top of the driveway. This sniffspot is primarily for you sniffers who want to swim and fetch in the lake…or take your human out to paddle board or kayak! This sniffspot is our second lot, next to our house lot. You will have 80’ of lake front (patio and grass), a 30’ wide swim area with easy in & out stairs and pea gravel lake bottom…plus the whole lake if you venture out! Towels, fridge, tables, seating, drinks, snacks, human life jackets, doggie life jackets (select sizes) & toys provided! Paddle boards and kayaks available for rental on the spot. *All proceeds go toward improving the sniff spot! Suggestions welcomed! First item on wish list- real gate at top of driveway. *If you have a specific day/time and you don’t see it open on the schedule, please feel free to ask, we may be able to accommodate! I open up days about a week ahead, and block time as bookings come in so our own sniffers have free time to swim and sniff:) The lake is warm! Come enjoy!!

River access July through September. Very secluded area with only one family who visits when it’s nice with their two dogs.

Welcome to our natural wetland oasis. Bring your rain boots & explore our trails! We have 1/2 an acre of fully fenced backyard and another 2 1/2 acres of unfenced (or partially fenced) property & trails to explore. Our land is surrounded by streams and many more acres of protected county land. Park at the dead-end street and then walk through our gate by the bridge and enter the fenced-in area by our “Welcome Bear” statue. Feel free to explore the front area down by the stream on your way out!

A beautiful, fully fenced 2 acre pasture with stunning views of the neighboring hillside and a totally private entrance. Drinking water for dogs is provided, as is a hose that can be used to rinse dogs before and/or after playing. Balls are provided for dogs and chairs for humans! If you go right to the top left of the pasture and look East, you can get a view of Mount Pilchuck on a clear day Please respect the speed signs when you get to the dirt road! This is a pasture and we do turn out sheep and horses there every so often (not when you're there). We do our best to keep the place clean but it probably won't be perfect, so we thank you for your understanding!

You can enter at large Black Gate on Right side, pull towards car. There is BungeeCord at top to keep closed. Pull into right side by Parking Sign at Chainlink Gate. It’s always been very safe for off leash woodland adventures...because it feels like you have it all to yourself. You begin down at the lower pond by the castle and rock wall, Following a laidback walk in the shade up to the upper pond, woods and off leash park. There is bug spray along the trail in case you forget to use some and want it. Please respect other visitors and make sure to put your doggie bags in the provided trash bins, and PLEASE do not put your doggie bags in the fire pit!!!

This property is a walk under the canopy and in the sun. There are deer trails to go on and you will always find the road. Bring your boots during rainy season. Preferred parking is at the lower entrance (Red gate). The trail is 3/4 mile out and back with many off trail options. Learn about native plants from interpretive signs provided using resources from the Stillaguamish Tribe.

This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. There are potentially 2 areas that you can use right next to each other (fenced in between). Please note however, that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, next to the clawfoot tub inside second pasture. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on.
