The space is super convenient to anywhere in the Charlottesville area. Please be sure to keep our space clean by picking up after your pup and yourself. We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!

Other working/sport equipment available by request, just let us know what your pup is into and we'll let you know what else we have to offer. We are happy to say this is a NO judgement zone. We get it (really..we do) and will be sure to give you and your pup the space you need with no added side eye ;) Need help applying training for those "problems"? Ask us about that, too! Working/sport dog that needs somewhere to train where handler doesn't have to be on guard or worry about misinterpretation, bring them here! Our world revolves around working dogs and training... we get it. We respect what you're doing and the space and understanding you need to get it done. We also love to train and meet new dog people and would love to meet and join you if we're home, but only at your request. Just a good ol' pet dog that wants to have some fun? Bring them here!
