The back yard is mostly dirt and on a hill, with some ground leaves and grass. Our research found that the families in the 1950's would burn their trash in the back yard, so the shards have emerged in the dirt surrounding our older home. We are digging and removing these each week.

Hi there! I’m Megan and I’ve lived in East Nashville since 2008. The spot is a block from Starbucks & Publix (fantastic deli). My backyard is grassy & huge with 8ft fencing a double gate and lots of area to explore. If you love large flowering peony’s the garden is photo worthy the last two weeks of April & first two weeks of May. I’ve updated the seating with four modern adirondack chairs & two beverage/book tables 9/24. Enjoy the shade from the large mature trees and relax & enjoy playing with your pup! We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.

(Eat up to 1400 mosquitoes an hour.) Nothing fancy. Provencial English charm. Bring a picnic or book a pre select 4 course dinner. All the best. Also cats are certainly welcome.
