4 acres in a pretty rural setting. The entire property is enclosed with horse fencing. It is not enough to contain a dog, but it is enough to give a visual boundary for those with adequate recall.

I have exactly what you and your favorite pooch need. While we are in a small trailer park in a small town, you would never know it once you get inside the fence. We have the front and back yard fenced in and connected so your dog will have the running of area from the front door all the way to the back door. There is also a small room/shed that has been converted from a shed into a sleeping room and it is Very dog friendly. So this room is also available for their dogs stay. With the option of renting it for a night. if a person would like to use it. Perhaps a nice way to bunk down with your dog without having to worry about getting a place that is pet friendly.

Does your dog need some exercise? Come visit our yard where your dog has 3 acres to roam. There will be a long driveway and you just walk to the back yard to find 3 acres for your dog to get that energy and the zoomies out 🤪 I will add more things for dogs to do as I go. The only Sniffspot with an indoor room in all of Indiana! I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs have a place to go enjoy time with their humans who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. *dog beer only available with a minimum 10 hour notice of visit to prepare. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, a kids bench, kiddie pools, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -covered sandbox. Uncover and enjoy! -A bucket of toys of all size, age and destruction levels. -endless tennis balls -towels -multiple kiddie pools. -multiple raised cots for your pup to relax or train on. -accessible water hose -SPLASH PAD -plenty of doggie bags at your disposal -A water dispenser and cups. -This spot is dedicated to my soul mate Tucker who crossed over the rainbow bridge way too early. Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. I will provide plenty of balls and dog toys. I will have a pooper scooper and dog disposal bags available. During the warmer months, we will provide different sized kiddie pools, and sprinklers.
