This is a working dog farm. There is a fenced agility field, an obstacle course, a creek, a sand beach, lots of off leash fields, and a 12x24 saltwater dog pool available as an extra. There are picnic areas and firepits. There is a wading pool and water spicket for bathing dogs with shampoo and towels provided. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Lure Coursing coming soon!

Located conveniently off the highway but back far enough to breathe away from traffic. The trail carves around 6 acres for short or long walks. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a half acre that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :)

Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! * I have accepted new horses to the farm- as a result it’s no longer practical to offer open times without much notice required. I can still accommodate dogs, I just need to carefully coordinate sniff spot visitors to ensure a great experience and safety for all. In addition to multiple pastures, trails and woods, we offer a large, lighted (no shadow lighting) covered arena (poles cones for agility equipment) for rainy days, hot days, or secured space.

Great place to stop with 2 fenced areas (one is 1/2 acre and other is 1/4 acre fenced) and an additional 9 acres of woods and pasture with a stream in the back when we have rain. Great exercise and a beautiful place to stretch your legs. Feel free to use the wi-fi and a small no-dog fenced area for you to relax in full view of your fur babies or the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy. No worries Ebie won’t be there when you bring your dogs… you’ll have the space all to yourself except during future events which you are welcome to attend when announced. Open space for your fur baby to run around! Get your cardio in and do a lap or two running around in the free space! 1 acre of land total. Explore the 0.5 acres of free space to sniff and play at the front the bustling community Hallie Mills subdivision on Old National highway in the famed city of South Fulton. Feel free to trek into the wooded area to the left of the property as we own the half of acre adjacent as well! As a precaution, Please leash your dog as the main road is busy. Also please pick up any waste left by your pet. We are just getting started. Please bear with us in the times to come, as we are procuring permits to build structures….there will be a fence added, agility courses, doggie bags for waste, water & food bowls, dog runs, sustainable gardens, a pavilion and in the near future introductions to events such as Puppy Play Dates and Yappy Hour on the weekends for our four-legged and two legged guests! This quiet acre lot is great! We have chairs with or without shade. There is a fire pit and lots of room to sniff and play for the dogs and room for the owners to relax.

For fur parents, there’s activities like basketball, soccer, and volleyball available. We have equipment to set up if wanted. Additionally there’s portable chairs, tables, canopy tents and a grill (: Most importantly there’s a speaker at your disposal, feel free to connect Bluetooth and play your songs. There’s bikes that can be borrowed if wanted. Just ask me whatever you may be curious about, I’m happy to answer.

I offer my backyard, but you will also have access to our lakes & hiking/walking trails in my neighborhood! We have long sidewalks too that you can access.
