Bragstays.com is a retreat that welcomes dogs and their owners to enjoy 200 acres of nature and peace. Our Private Estate has a 6 acre private lake that your pup can enjoy. There are many trails for long walks in the forest and many streams. If you need anything during your visit feel free to contact us! Please note we do have other guests on the property so respect the privacy of the cabins you see. We also have two horses so once you see them please keep your pup on a leash. We have a lot of wildlife make sure your pup has a tick preventative.

Half an acre of fenced in field for pups to play in privately on the beautiful property of St. Hubert's campus. Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. All proceeds go to help homeless animals and low-income pet owners! Message before arrival for the combination to the lock on the gate. (It will be changed regularly.) PARTY PACKAGES AVAILABLE! Hello, pups! Come play in our big backyard! We have about an acre of land, and about half of that is in the back where you can hang out. There are three levels of yard, and the farthest back area is a big field perfect for running and playing. There is water, poop bags and a garbage can near the entrance gate. Note: there is no outdoor lighting provided at night

There is a river and chickens in their coop. The yard is fenced, with two gates for driveway and river that can close. Fence is short is some spots so supervision is needed. Large yard with hills and space to run and roam. Strong recall is needed for safety.

Come enjoy just under a half acre of fully fenced in yard. In addition, you also have the option of a leashed walk, out the back gate, through the remaining, wooded acre. Please see the list of amenities we offer you and your doggo. Please note when arriving to our home- we live on a panhandle lot. GPS will have you turn down Thunder Rd. Go a stone's throw further and turn at the American Flag. A red and white house sits in front of our home. Please use the rv spot pictured for parking.

Dogs must display current license and vaccination tags. Dogs who exhibit aggressive behavior are not permitted in the park. No other animals besides dogs are allowed in the park. No more than two dogs per handler. Handlers must be at least 18 years of age and be present at all times with their dogs. Dogs under 4 months are not permitted in the park. Dogs in heat or those who are ill are not permitted in the park. Dog waste must be collected and disposed of properly by the handler. Dogs must be leashed when not in the park. No food of any kind is allowed in the park. Any children in the park must be supervised by an adult.

Abandonment of animals is prohibited and illegal. • To help keep the dog park clean, do not groom animals in the park. • Owners are responsible for any injuries caused by their dog. • No human or dog food allowed in the park. • No smoking • Two-dog limit per adult visitor; 2 adults = 4 dogs maximum, etc.

Rules and Regulations Following these rules will make your dog park visit a pleasant one for everyone. All park patrons must comply with the posted rules for the safety of everyone and every dog. • Watch your dog! • First Time Users should visit the dog park during non-peak times. First time visits can be stressful for dogs and owners. • All park gates must remain closed at all times other than during entry and/or exit. • Aggressive dogs are not permitted in the park a. Owners of aggressive dogs risk harming others and creating a liability for themselves. b. If your dog displays continual (more than two times within one visit) aggressive or mounting behavior, leash him or her and remove them from the situation. c. Owners are solely responsible for preventing injuries and offering assistance to those injured by their dog(s). If your dog inflicts injury, give your name and telephone number to the other owner before leaving the park. • Dogs in heat are not permitted in the park. • Puppies under 4 months of age are not permitted to use the park to protect their own health. • All dogs using the park must have current certificate of vaccination against rabies. • All dogs must be under voice control. • No toys or treats are allowed in the park. This will prevent dominance issues. • All waste must be bagged and disposed of immediately, completely, and properly. a. Do not wait to collect your dog’s waste – all eyes will be on you! b. All areas both in and outside the dog park must remain clean and clear of dog waste, litter, and cigarette butts. c. Please refrain from smoking in general congregative areas. • Fill any holes your dog digs. • Ask for owner permission to approach a dog before befriending him/her. Use caution when permitting curious dogs to greet yours, both in and outside the dog park. • Owners must be with their dogs at all times. Do not bring more dogs than you can handle! • Dogs must have a collar or harness displaying a current license and be held by a leash while entering and/or exiting the park. • If an owner is asked to leash their dog due to behavior, the owner should honor that request. • Bike riding, skateboarding, rollerblading, and skating are prohibited inside the dog park. • No glass receptacles or alcohol is permitted inside the park at any time.

Guidelines for the Off Leash Dog Parks • Maximum of 2 dogs per adult (2 hands = 2 dogs). • Current license tag must be visible on collar. • Off leash in fenced area ONLY. Dogs must be on a leash between the car and the fenced area. • Handler must maintain control over dogs at all times and immediately separate dogs displaying threatening behavior. No mounting. Protect your dog, prevent negative behavior. • Aggressive dogs must be immediately removed from the park in order to ensure the safety of your dog and others. • Do not leave dogs unattended. • Fill holes and stop dogs from digging. • Clean up after dogs and dispose of waste in appropriate container immediately. It is healthier for everyone. Pay particular attention during the first five minutes of your visit. • Unacceptable behavior including bites to people or dogs, must be reported immediately to Park Police at 973.326.7654. • No food for dogs or people in off leash area. Use caution with toys. • Keep entry gate closed at all times — only one dog in entry area at a time. Unleash your dog as soon as you enter the gate. Leash him in the gate area as well, not in the dog park. • Not recommended for dogs under 6 months, as all vaccinations are required. Puppies may be unprepared for boisterous play of bigger dogs. • No dogs in heat allowed. If your dog has been in heat, please bathe it before using the area. • All Morris County Park Commission rules and regulations as posted in the directory, as well as municipal ordinances and state laws, shall apply. • Children under 12 are not permitted. Not all dogs welcome a child’s attention. Running can encourage a dog’s herding instincts. Keep your child safe and out of the dog park.

Montville Township Dog Park Rules o Owners are legally responsible for their dog’s behavior. o Small Dog Park section is limited to dogs weighing 25 pounds or lighter; large Dog Park section is open to dogs of all sizes. o Montville Township shall not provide any supervision during Dog Park operating hours. o All persons and dogs using the Dog Park assume any and all risks associated with the use of the Dog Park. o People shall be responsible for the supervision and control of their dogs at all times. o Under no circumstances shall any dog go unattended. o All dogs must be accompanied at all times by at least one (1) adult who is 18 years of age or older. o Children shall at all times be accompanied by at least one (1) responsible adult 18 years of age or older. o No children under the age of 8 permitted in the Dog Park. o All dogs must have a current dog license and yearly dog park membership tag. o Dog Park membership tags are not transferable to other dogs. o Key fobs can only be used with those who have valid membership. o Owners must be able to present current membership tag upon request at any given time while at the Park. o All owners must clean up after their dogs completely. o All dogs using the Dog Park must be at least six (6) months old. o All male dogs brought to the Dog Park shall be neutered and all female shall be spayed. o Limit of two dogs per person. o Dogs may go unleashed while in the Dog Park. However, all persons accompanying a dog must use a leash when taking the dog to and from the Dog Park. o Play items brought or left at the Dog Park may be removed. o Dogs displaying aggressive behavior towards other dogs and/or people shall be immediately removed from the Dog Park by the owner. o Continued display of aggressiveness by any dog may result in prohibiting the owner or another responsible adult from bringing the dog to the Dog Park. o Any dog that bites any person shall not be allowed thenceforth to use the Dog Park. o All dog bites shall immediately be reported to the Montville Township Health Department.¬ o The Dog Park shall operate between the hours of sunrise and sunset of each day of the year. o No food or smoking within the Dog Park. o Have Fun!
