Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

If you don’t pickup after your dog there is a $25 fee. You may see myself or cleaners inside the home but you have full private use of the backyard.

Big gated yard with lots of spots to sniff and room to run around. Feel free to take a break and relax on our patio furniture while your fur baby runs around.

This is quite litterally my back yard. My pup has been getting bored with the smells in our yard. He is a very quiet, dog friendly, non-reactive Great Pyrenees. He's already somewhat of an indoor cat so he won't be bothered waiting inside. Hoping some new dog smells would spice up his life! We have some apartment complexes nearby and would love to share the yard with some of our neighbors! We have some uh rustic yard furniture and an in ground fire pit. There are outdoor lights both on the exterior of the shed and string lights around the fire pit. We enjoy the native plants we have in our yard and don't cut the grass but every few weeks or so. We have a feral cat colony living in the neighbors yards but they stay away from our yard when dogs or people are around. There are also cats in the window of the house for fair warning.

Private, quiet neighborhood—yard has a grassy area for ball tossing and a “feral” area for diggers and explorers. Park in front of gate (on grass/gravel mix). Hose to refill water dish to the right of screened porch. Fully 4’ fenced—combo of chicken wire (buried to protect paws) and concrete blocks stopped our little escapee (RIP 😇).

🐶 A tired dog is a happy dog :) 📍This ~3000sq/ft of private fully fenced yard is a great area to let your dogs run, especially reactive pups! Letting a dog off the leash where they can run around makes a huge difference for a dog’s well-being, mentally and physically. I believe all dogs deserve their own private space to live their best lives. Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. Resident dog waste cleaned up regularly. Resident dogs up to date on all vaccinations. Ask me about pet sitting services!
