The water features are safe for the dogs if they do venture into them, however they are at the mercy of nature and can get dirty or dusty after some bad weather or the dog before you played in them and kicked up the dirt that had settled to the bottom. causing the water to look dark and dirty***

Dogs may jump in the pool. **Dogs Must Exit the pool using pool Steps ONLY; prevents panic, and pool deck and underwater tile damage!🐾** 🛟To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. ⏰ 🗑️The hands free dog poop trash can with paw logo is next to firewood as you exit the yard. The guest dark blue trash can is to the left upon entering entrance gate.🚪 🆓I provide free of charge; towels, poop bags, hand sanitizer, doggy treats, bug spray, SPF sun screen cream, lots of doggy toys, water bowl for dogs. 🦺Generally guests bring their own custom fit life vests for their dogs. Should you forget your dog’s life vest, I have a small, medium, large and extra large life vest to use for free of charge.🐶 🐾30% of the yard is pet friendly Turf.🐾 🍁I use Zeofill PE-51 Natural ECO friendly dog pee deodorizer for turf in between visits.🌺 🍂During breezy days the leaf’s from the African Sumac trees may fall into the pool; exacerbated by strong winds. 💦Simply place your wet towels on the green park bench that overlooks the deep end of the pool, I will retrieve at end of your visit.💦 Please do not park in driveway, our cars are in the garage. I own an ideal house for your pups, which has a doggie door for access to indoors to rest or cool off. You both can climb the rocks to the top of the waterfall and can jump off into the pool, so bring your suit! $10/person for more than 4 guests.

It's a Paw-ty under the Palm Trees! Your furry family member(s) can enjoy plenty of space to run around, high iron fence (solid, not slotted) and pool playtime (dog safety ramp). Pet parents can stay cool in the shaded pergola or relax on the covered swing. We own 3 dogs, which will remain indoors during your Sniffspot time.
