LEASHES: Please leash your dogs on weekdays when the dog daycare is open Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail. RESPECT NATURE: No smoking or littering. Please keep our Sniffspot beautiful and safe from potential fire. Over two acres in King City Great location between downtown King City and Aurora, just four minutes away. Toronto only 35 min. 1/4 of the 2 acres is completely fenced, with a 7-foot-high fence suitable even for small dogs. We value our regulars and might have some flexibility for you! As for new guests, please add the extra charge for additional people beyond the first two when you book. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. Gently sloping yard toward the lake, which has a nice gradual slope into the water. A dock in the summer. Hammock and chairs to relax in by the water or under a nice tree in the shade on those hot days.

It is a good walk through the natural forest of pines, maples, and oaks. A nice peak with Lake Muskoka views to one direction and sunsets to the other. A creek cuts through near the back, where you will find the foot trail and a wooden crossing bridge. If you hope to spot wildlife, this is a good spot. We've seen families of deer, a lone turkey, and newly hatch Robin families. Plus, there are plenty of squirrels and chipmunks to chase.
