This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. PaddlePaws is Bucks County’s first Swim Club for Dogs. Prior to coming, please make sure your dog(s) are UTD on vaccinations. We encourage owners to bring their own life vests. We will supply the towels for your dog. We will supply a leash for your dog to use while swimming. WE DO NOT PERMIT OWNERS TO SWIM. We have chairs, sofas, and a table and chairs to use while your dog swims.

This is a great area for dogs to get some running exercise. We have a beautiful landing that’s a great size at the top of the hill and then a wooded path that takes you down to the house area.

Come enjoy a safe fun environment for your dog. This is a 1.5 acre creek side property. I have a 7 year old male yellow lab who loves to play, yet is very submissive. Come join the fun at our laid back farm setting .
