That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Dog Park Rules and Regulations  Owners/handlers are legally and financially responsible for any injuries caused by their dog(s) and use Perry Paw Dog Park at their OWN RISK.  Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Dogs showing aggression towards people or other dogs must be removed from the dog park immediately.  CLEAN UP AND DISPOSE OF FECES LEFT BY YOUR DOG. Bags and receptacles are provided at Perry Paw Dog Park.  No children under the age of 12 are allowed at Perry Paw Dog Park since small children are vulnerable and can be seriously injured. An adult must accompany all children between the ages of 12-16. ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING.  No dogs in heat are allowed. Spayed/neutered dogs are recommended.  No sick dogs or those with fleas, ticks, worms, or other parasites are allowed. Disease spreads rapidly and jeopardizes the health of all dogs.  Do not bring puppies younger than 4 months old to the dog park. They are not sufficiently immunized and it is not safe.  All dogs must be fully licensed and fully immunized with tags on their collars.  You may only register dogs that YOU own and have licensed in the jurisdiction that you reside. While in Perry Paw Dog Park, your membership tag must be displayed at all times.  Maximum of 3 dogs per owner/handler.  Be courteous and respectful as dogs and handlers enter Perry Paw Dog Park by not congregating at the entrance. This is intimidating, and such pack behavior can create tension and spark conflict.  Dogs must be on-leash when entering and exiting the park. Leashes are to be taken off in-between the two gates leading into the off-leash area.  Retractable leashes, prong, spike, or choke collars and remote or shock-training collars are prohibited. These can cause injury or death during play.  Dogs may NEVER be left unattended, under any circumstances. Accompany and supervise your dog at all times, including quick access to placing your dog back on its non-retractable leash. Your dog must be in visual and voice command control at all times.  Dog food, treats, human food, alcohol, smoking, and glass containers are strictly prohibited at Perry Paw Dog Park.  Bones, rawhides, and squeaky or stuffed toys are prohibited since they can trigger aggression. Frisbees and balls are acceptable, but must be taken back home when you leave.  Owners/handlers must stop dogs from digging and immediately fill holes.  Excessive barking is prohibited. Dogs barking continuously or uncontrollably must be removed from the dog park immediately.  Perry Paw Dog Park is for dogs, their owners/handlers, and others accompanying them. No other use is allowed.  Professional dog trainers and/or groomers are not permitted to conduct their business at Perry Paw Dog Park.  ID tags and access cards are property of the Perry Paw Dog Park. Lost or stolen access cards/tags will incur a replacement fee.  Perry Paw Dog Park members found to be fraudulently using or lending access cards or letting others into the park are subject to immediate and irrevocable termination.

All dogs over the age of nine (9) months must be neutered or spayed. Dogs that are ill or known to carry untreated parasites will not be permitted with in the fenced-dogruns or the off-leash-areas. • Dogs must wear a proper fitting collar or harness displaying their identification tag, Baltimore City “off-leash” registration tag, and rabies tag while in the fenced-dog-run or offleash-area. Pinch collars, spike collars or slip collars that could cause injury to another dog during play are not permitted. Owners/Handlers must have possession of a dog leash at all times. • Dogs must be under the control of their owners/handlers and in view of their owners/handlers at all times. Dogs with a record of aggressive behavior on file with the Baltimore City “Dangerous Dog Hearing Board” will not be allowed to register for use of fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas. • Owners/Handlers are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused by their dogs. Owners/Handlers use the fenced-dog-runs or off-leash-areas at their own risk. • Any bites to humans must be reported by the injured person to the Department of Health and Animal Control (311) within 24 hours in accordance with communicable disease laws. • In case of a special event or emergency, the Director shall post a notice of a planned closing at each entrance, stating the reasons for closure.

Please note, no method is perfect and the risks are still present. • No bullies Dogs inherently play “rough.” However, rough play is not accepted if the one or more of the dogs aren't comfortable with the situation. If a dog is deemed to “bully” another dog, the owner will be asked to place their dog in “time-out.” Mounting is also discouraged. • Dogs must be on leash when exiting the Dog Park. Rules for People • Bark Social is non-smoking both inside and out. Second-hand smoke and cigarette butts are hazardous to dogs. • No outside food, outside drinks, glass containers, dog toys, or treats are permitted. We do encourage bringing your own empty coffee mug or water bottle (free filtered water provided)! • While Bark Rangers are present to watch the dogs and pick up waste, we ask that you pick up after your dog if a Bark Ranger is occupied in another section of the park. • At no point can you leave the property without your dog. This may result in revocation of membership. • Although Bark Rangers are available in the park to help supervise your dog, they are not intended to be the sole monitor. Make sure you are checking on your dog(s) periodically if you are not in the yard. • All children must be under strict adult supervision at all times. Children may not climb on play equipment, run in the park, or tease/taunt dogs. All children under the age of 21 must exit the premises at or before 8pm. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone under the age of 21 must be under strict adult supervision at all times. Maximum of 2 \"dependents\" total - 1 kid and 1 dog, 2 dogs and no kids, or 2 kids and no dogs. • Members must either retain possession of their leashes or utilize leash racks. Bark Social is not responsible for lost leashes; however we will do what we can to help you find them. • Members are responsible to ensure their dog(s) do not dig holes or cause other damage to park plants or property. If digging ensues after actions are taken to stop the activity, the dog may need to be fully supervised by the owner. • Bark Social management staff has the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason. • Please open only one gate at a time, and be careful not to allow other dogs to enter or exit with you. • If a human guest is intoxicated and unable to walk (with a dog) in a straight line, they will be sent home in a taxi or Uber. • Bark Social is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises, and all human guests must be responsible for their dogs. If your dog causes any damage to a person or property by nipping, biting, or otherwise, you are responsible! • Failure to comply with the above Rules and Regulations could result in revocation of membership. • Remember that these rules are in place to help everyone have as much fun as possible! All dogs must be flea and tick free. • All dogs over a year old must be spayed or neutered. No exceptions. No dogs in heat. • All dogs must be off-leash at all times in the park. • Two dogs maximum per person. • Only flat-buckle collars or harnesses should be worn by dogs. Prong, pinch, choke, chain, and electric collars are not allowed in the park. • Dogs are only allowed in with the primary and secondary owners listed on your profile. We will check IDs at the door. Absolutely no dog services allowed to bring your pup in: dog walkers, dog trainers, dog sitters, etc. • Only legal owners can bring their dogs in. If you are looking to bring in a foster dog, please email info@barksocial.com to see if your rescue is a Bark Social partner. If not, you will not be allowed to bring in your foster dog until your foster is a registered partner. • By entering the yard, you permit Bark Social staff (Bark Rangers) to handle your dog and break up any fights that may ensue.

If you don’t want to clean up, we offer an extra called “Poop Patrol”, you can add this on to your visit and we will clean up for you. If we continue to have issues with poop not getting cleaned up, we will need to increase the price of our spot to compensate us for the additional time we have to spend cleaning between visits. We don’t want to have to do this, so please be respectful and clean up the 💩 📍I believe the neighbors behind us got a new dog and they like to bark. Our fences do not touch, there is probably 10 feet of distance between our fences so there are no worries about fighting through the fence, but you may hear barking sometimes. They will eventually bring the dog in when the barking becomes too much 📍We laid some hay in and around the play area to help with the mud and protect the grass. 📍 We replaced the blue picnic table that was under the canopy with a couch and chair. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

Large, fully fenced yard. My girls (3 of them) had a blast! There is a place under the deck to sit in the shade and plenty of shady spots for the pups. My dogs checked all the edges and the only wiggle spot is right at the gate door where the foot path dips a little. None of my girls tried to squeeze out but a motivated small dog might be able to.

A lovely sniff spot! Our two pups, husky mixes, had a great time exploring the large yard. There was plenty of room for the pups to really open up. There was great shade. The fence is sturdy and blocks the view of the outside, which allows our selective pups to relax and not worry about what is going on outside of the yard. The neighborhood was quiet during our visit. There was ample parking nearby. The host was pleasant and responsive to our correspondence. We look forward to returning for another play day!
