From one “socially awkward” dog parent to another, come relax! Plenty of room for playing and parking. Mostly fenced other than driveway entrance. Chairs, dog water, tables, etc available with notice. Amazing view for stunning sunset pictures. *Please note: the back field has TALL grass. Great for adventures, but can be hard to see your pup. I’ve added pictures of the field/grass to the profile.

Our backyard is fully fenced and has several trees. It has many birds and squirrels if your dog loves squirrel hunting. It’s pretty open and flat perfect for Zoomies! There will no animals other on site.

We’ve got a great fenced in yard in a quiet safe neighborhood with a super comfortable deck with chase lounges, table and chairs and a couch for you to enjoy while your dog chases the squirrels and chipmunks. We have water bowls on site as well as tennis balls to toss and play with your dog. There is even a basketball hoop! (Bring your own basketball ball). Bring your lunch and picnic on our deck! Table with umbrella is on the deck! Deck is handicap accessible! Sniff spot yard has driveway that provides a solid surface for ease of handicap accessibility! Dog parks in town are quite difficult to navigate or even impossible if you are using any form of assisted mobility. You will be thrilled to find our Sniffspot!

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

This beautiful open space is beside a bubbling creek wtih both sun and shade options. Across the property you will find digging spots (please fill all hoes) mud, grassy areas and plenty of space to explore. There is a water hose to rinse your dog and limited seating at this time. Please check back often as we are in the process of improving the space with additional seating, an agility course, wash station and more.

Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out. 1/27- As the ground thaws this site may be muddy. This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!

With a 3 acre pond and 3 acres of open space, you’ve got plenty of room for swimming, nose work, ball, or just a good run. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them.

Hi we have a fully fenced private Sniffspot dog park in Mills River. Chairs, lots of toys. We plan to keep upgrading and adding doggie activities and amenities as the weather warms up! Our 3 dogs love the dog park, we hope you will too! We sell fresh eggs, $6/doz. just ask. Directional signs are installed. Here are directions: Go past the red brick building on the left to the large gravel parking lot. Park there and the park is open to you any time. You will see a car cleaning area for our car rental business. The entrance is right there. You will see sniffspot signs with arrows. We will keep our dogs inside at all times. We have a local arts and crafts store, Sunday Morning Gallery, on the top floor as you pass the building. Please come in and browse - just ask, by appointment only currently.

Brevard Dog Park Rules • Dog Park opens from Sunrise to Sunset daily. • No animals other than dogs may be brought into the fenced area. • All dogs must be leashed until safely inside the dog park and returned to a leash prior to exiting. • Dog owners must remain in the fenced area while their dogs are using the dog park. Owners must be in view of their dogs and have voice control at all times. • Spectators should remain outside the fenced area. • Aggressive dogs and female dogs in heat are not allowed. Owners must immediately leash and remove dogs from the dog park at the first sign of aggressive behavior. • Owners must dispose of waste properly in the designated on-site containers. • While small bite-sized training treats are permitted, food in bowls, long-lasting chews and toys other than balls and frisbees are not allowed. • Smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco and eating are not allowed inside the dog park. • No more than two (2) dogs per person are allowed on any single visit. • Puppies less than four (4) months old are not permitted. • Owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by their dog and are fully responsible for their dog's actions. • North Carolina State Law requires all dog bites to be reported. Call Brevard Police Department at 828-883-2212. If it is an emergency dial 911. In addition, owners are required to assist in the investigation of incidents of aggression or biting by providing appropriate identification and information to Transylvania and or/ Brevard Animal Control Officers, AND to other dog owners who are involved with the incident under investigation. • Children accompanying dog owners must be strictly supervised and at least 12 years old to be allowed inside. • Please be courteous to others and remove any sick dogs from the dog park. • Dogs must be vaccinated for rabies and DHLPP. Current identification and rabies tag must be worn on the dog’s collar at all times. • Small dogs are 25 pounds and under. • Each dog owner assumes all liability for damages by anyone who is bitten or injured by their dog or any other dog under their care while using the dog park. Dog Park participation is at your own risk.
