Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course (bring your discs!), a huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and we are very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc as we do live in a rural area. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. We also have TONS of bluebonnets by the pond every spring if you’d like bluebonnet pics with your pups. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs. This small step helps us keep the pool clean and safe for all our four-legged guests. Get ready for a tail-wagging good time in a space that’s perfectly suited for dogs!
