Welcome to 🌴Sweetwater Palms.🌴 A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Visit includes up to 2 humans*** Additional Guest MUST be added to reservation.*** Ask Host for Party options for more than 4 people or 4 or more dogs. Fun ADD-Ons: Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under EXTRAS. *** HOLIDAY - WINTER UPDATES *** ❄️ Pool is NOT heated and is cold! Well Behaved Dogs and Humans Welcome. This is a special treat for good boys and girls. No aggressive animals on our property. Visit is for Dog(s) and up to 2 Humans. Sniffspot charges for extra Dogs, we do charge for extra Humans on extras. Additional guest must be added or host will have to ask for booking to be updated. *Please leash your dog to enter or exit. *Poop Scope - Bags in toy bin on deck *Dog Hair - Pre Brush to help reduce hair. ** “Clean” Dogs only. ** If your dog needs a bath, give a dog a bath. Pool is not a bath for a dirty dog. Hose on deck to rinse before or after. Human People : Please supervise children and guest at all times including pool area, yard and nature sections. No lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. Shoes recommended in yard. Dangerous wildlife could exist in nature areas. NO Diving or Running on pool deck. NO Dangerous or Destructive Behavior. NO Loitering in Front Yard. NO Underaged Drinking. This is my current list of NO items but when in doubt, ASK. Breaking the rules may result in being asked to leave early. NO REFUND. LATE: Please be on time. Pre-Plan the drive time to get here. Late arrival does not extend your reservation. CANCELLATION: up to 2 hours before Reservation. IF within the 2 hour window, guest will be charged. Pool and property does take time get ready.

This space was created with Jesús (Catahoula Pit) in mind—a dog who, like many others, couldn’t comfortably go to many places. Because of that, my goal was to create a safe, welcoming environment where dogs can truly be dogs. Our yard is thoughtfully designed to support nose work and enrichment, using dog-safe plants and scent containers that are rotated and refreshed regularly. The space already includes a variety of toys and enrichment activities for dogs to enjoy. At this time, there is an area where dogs may naturally dig and play, which is perfectly fine while ongoing improvements continue. A water hose is available inside the yard, and a dog pool is available for guest use. Guests may fill the pool as needed during their visit. If used, please drain, rinse, and lightly spray it, so it is ready for the next guest. For hygiene reasons, guests are kindly asked to bring their own water bowls. Bringing your own helps ensure cleanliness and allows each dog to use familiar items, especially since the host is not always present to sanitize shared equipment between visits. With the continued support of our guest community, additional amenities may be added or rotated —particularly to enhance comfort during very hot or very cold days.
