This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

We look forward to having all our pup friends and their humans back soon in our new and improved spot!** In the Park Cities, Uptown and central Dallas areas it is hard to find dog parks that aren’t muddy or over crowded, making it nerve-racking for small or shy dogs. With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. Hi, my name is Corrine! I hope you and your dog/s enjoy our backyard. If the outdoor fan isn't set up on the deck, please feel free to grab it from the shed on the north(or left if you are facing the house). You don't need to put it back. I'm sure other guests would enjoy it as well. Open up the umbrella, and take a seat at the picnic table. There are chair cushions for extra comfort. I welcome some feedback or ideas on how to make the space better. I'm new to this sort of thing, so as I learn more I'm sure that the amenities/extras/etc will evolve over time.

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.
