Greetings, Our mission is to provide a secure and clean environment for the ultimate sniffing and play experiences for your pets. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave ($50.00 a night sent via Venmo upon scheduling - Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend is $75.00 a night & a minimum of one hour booked on the sniffspot app on departure day). We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible.

This spot has two fenced areas, one with a pool and the other without. The pool fence has wide gaps between the posts, so small dogs can fit through and escape, but the main fenced area is small dog compatible. The main area is a steep incline for more agility. If people are interested in this area, we will invest in more amenities like agility and such for the dogs. We are also across the street from a public park with a playground and river access.
Come and let your dog run on amazing 30 acres in the mountains! There is a spring fed lake with fish, creek to splash in, logs to climb on and jump over! An outhouse, picnic table and fire pit, so enjoy for the whole day! We are only 12 miles from Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 35 minutes from downtown Knoxville, airport and Pigeon Forge, and 45 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.
