We’re more than just a play area; we offer a treasure trove of food, supplies, activities, and supplements—many of which you won’t find anywhere else. As a dedicated dog trainer, I know the value of a good practice space. That’s why we’ve created an ideal environment for both group classes and private lessons, especially for our furry friends who find regular pet stores overwhelming. Our Sniffspot, located within our pet retail and dog wash center, is designed with your dog’s needs in mind. What We Offer: • A safe, welcoming space for all dogs, including those with severe behavioral issues. Reactive dogs can enter through the back to ensure a comfortable experience. • Attentive staff ready to provide the space and respect your dog needs. • A rotating selection of engaging play items. • An intriguing scent wall to stimulate your dog’s natural instincts (items subject to change based on availability). Plus, for those looking to refine their pup’s manners around felines, our resident cat is dog-friendly and an excellent distraction trainer! *Note: we will block our calendar out this summer due to lack of shade in the yard and the fact that we don't have irrigation to keep the grass lush and green for your pups. We will reopen this fall. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! NOTE ********* Last day for water features Oct 12th ,2024 in 2nd area park * Fire hydrant sprinkler. *tennis ball sprinkle has been put away until spring. No smoking, vaping, fireworks, illegal drugs, or starting fires on the property.
