No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field. 9-23-24, hunting season is back, you may hear shotgun in the early am hours from hunters along the Mississippi River.

Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit.

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is almost an acre. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Pat yourself on the back for finding such a large, private place for your dog(s) to run his/her little heart out and enjoy a Sniffapalooza. (If you’re interested, pet photography is available for an additional fee.) Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the outside of our backyard. We have horses, a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, alpacas, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens (Petting zoo available for an extra fee. Dogs are not allowed in with the animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit!

Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. *The ticks are out!* *Poop bags provided* 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

My wife and I have a nice semi-forested fully fenced backyard in Minnetonka. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly. Our 3 yr old Labradoodle Pepper spends countless hours playing, sniffing, and napping in it. Thanks for looking! PS - We have chickens secured inside their coop in the fenced in area.
