Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Street parking is always available either right in front of our house or close by. You will have private access through a side gate to our backyard. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope in our yard to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies out! We do have a turf area under the play structure, as well as inside the enrichment area. We provide everything you could possibly need during your visit including lots of balls, Chuck It launchers for fetch, toys, water bowls, a hose, enrichment activities, plenty of seating, shade, a cot for the pups, towels, and more - all of which are included in the base price! We also offer lots of fun upgrades to add-on including a giant ball pit enrichment area, pup ice creams, bubble machine, and a self-service bath station! I have a fully fenced backyard with a good size pool for humans and dogs. I have two large dogs of my own and have fostered over 30 dogs over the years and have found the yard to be a great place to raise some foster babies. Please absolutely no diving into the pool. Feel free to use the covered patio area, the fence is mostly for the smaller foster dogs. Only dogs over the age of nine months please as I foster small babies. I need to make sure that there are no diseases in the yard for future puppies. I’ve been a long time user of Sniffspot and finally decided to open up my own yard so that others can enjoy it and enjoy the pool during the summers. If you have a shedding dog there is a brush please brush them a few times before going into the pool and please feel free to use the toys and the dirt areas the dogs can dig that’s not a problem. There are 2 cats that live across the street so please park in the driveway and immediately go into the left side gate to enter the backyard, especially if you have a cat reactive dog. I have 2 large reactive dogs… I get it!! The fence is fully secured and around 6 feet tall. The neighbor dogs will also make occasional barks at the fence. If you have a fence reactive dog, it is okay as they cannot get to them. Additional suggestions please let me know!! I’ll leave clean towels out right before your visit. Please also use the hose to refill the water for your dogs. Two guests per dog please.

Hi! My husband and I have a home on a third of acre on a small quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of La Mesa. The backyard is very large and is terraced, so it’s great for exercising dogs or sniffing around (lots of great smells). There are also many fruit trees you are welcome to (orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon, and fig). We also have a pergola with 4 chairs and a fire pit. Lots of shade is provided by our pecan and jacaranda trees most of the year. The backyard ground is a mixture of brick pavers, gravel, and mulch. We have several hoses throughout the yard that you’re welcome to use as much as you want. There is an empty koi pond that can be used as a splash pool for dogs too with our hoses. We also have outdoor electrical outlets and strong WiFi if needed. It’s a hillside home so there are great views of Mt. Helix and even the ocean on clear days. It’s a wonderful quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!

I have a dog and cat who are allowed to play but if your pup is not dog/cat friendly I can keep them inside. Please clean up your mess (there are trash cans on the other side of the property.. please bring your own poop bags.) Keep pets out of garden, and from peeing on lawn furniture. Otherwise... this spot is super fun! Definitely better for small/medium dogs just given the length of the yard, but anyone can have a good time! I do have a firepit and a bathing area, but I dont offer them on the app. We can discuss the use once we've had an interaction!

There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. The Sniffspot venue is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised, exclusive use of for the time that you have booked. There, you will find fresh filtered (RO) water for your canine companions, an abundance of toys, Chuckit balls and launchers, including guest supplies and other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, stress-free, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. However, there have been, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me once, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! Release of Liability By booking the private dog park located at 11244 Zapata Ave, San Diego, CA 92126, hereinafter referred to as "the premises," you agree to the following release of liability: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4. Health and Safety: I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my dog(s) are up to date on all vaccinations and are not exhibiting any signs of illness or aggression. I agree to supervise my dog(s) at all times and to clean up after them. 5. Governing Law: This release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. 6. Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read this release of liability, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by booking the premises, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. By booking the premises, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

We are open again! We got a new puppy and were waiting for him to be fully vaccinated. Thank you for your patience! 🐶 Come cool off in our luscious green fully enclosed backyard! We are located in Rancho Bernardo. We have a very large, luscious, grassy area for pups to to play or train in with table and chairs for you and friends to relax. Plenty of room for running, playing ball or resting in the sun or shade . Our sheepadoodle would love to entertain your pup or we can keep her inside and away from all windows. Our yard is perfect for play dates and big enough for puppy parties. Hope to see you soon.
