Amazing property that is a dog’s dream of being able to run, sniff, and have uninterrupted fun. The covered porch is a great place for owners to chat, work, or even play in the shade. The property is fully fenced, but the neighboring fencing is barbed wire. Despite that the grass line is built up and uninviting to dogs to cross. Some wildlife like bunnies or birds might be around, and neighboring cows some times are by. Great safe environment and enrichment for your furry friends.

Tons of space for active dogs to run and play at this working ranch located just southeast of Austin (10 miles from Southpark Meadows). Recommended stay at least one full hour to explore fully. The ranch has multiple fenced areas that can be used (smaller areas if your dog isn't trained to come can be arranged). Welcome to our home! We are on .55 acres and plenty for your fur babies to sniff. We also have a pool they can utilize for an additional cost and a seating area for you moms and dads to hang out. The deck has seating for 12, a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv and surround sound to enjoy a show or music. Our back fence door leads to a small pond behind our home. If you choose to use our entrance, the pond is not fenced in but occasionally has ducks and other wildlife for your furbabies’ excitement.

A restroom is available in our office during working hours. Because of water restrictions, we don't have carpet grass. Our yard is mowed but it has native grasses and weedy plants. Be aware: long haired dogs may pick up unwanted and pesky plant materials! Since this is a part of a dog boarding facility, we ask that shot records be up to date before each booking. House is dark grey with lime green door. Please park on the street and enter the gate next to garage. Please remember that this is our home - we are delighted to share our backyard with you and your dog but please don’t look in our windows while visiting. Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access.
