My dogs had an absolutely blast at this sniffspot! Lots of different types of terrain to play and sniff, obstacles to run and chase each other around (shed, play set, trees,) a hill to run up and down, and toys to play with. There were critter holes around the fence line and near the house that they enjoyed sniffing. Lots of room to rip around and the yard was clean. About halfway through our visit, the neighbor’s dogs came outside and approached the fence line. Unfortunately, one of my dogs is very fear reactive, charged and barked in the poor thing’s face and scared them. The neighbor didn’t say anything or call their dog, the dog just backed away from the fence on its own and stayed 15ft+ away for the rest of the visit. My fear reactive dog is okay with dogs being in visual distance, but goes ballistic if they can touch his face due to a history of being bitten, so I feel bad he barked at her dogs like that. I didn’t know there would be dogs that close. It ended up being really good for trigger exposure once the dogs stayed away from the fence line. I would take this into account if you have aggressive or reactive dogs that cannot tolerate seeing another dog(s) that closely. Overall it was a lovely visit and we would love to come back!

My pup and I loved romping around here! The yard was super clean, secure and roomy. There were a few vocal dogs kitty-corner from the yard, which I was expecting since the host mentioned dogs might be visible/audible, but maybe something to take into consideration for folks with especially anxious dogs. We will definitely be back for more playtime!

Amazing!! There were signs to help make sure we parked in the right spot, too. The yard was clean and super spacious, our pup ran himself to exhaustion and then we played the best game of tug of war (so much space to run away!). There was also a nice little sitting area sheltered from the snow, and a table where we could put our stuff. The best part was that the yard is perfect for exploration—not just a flat empty space for play, but also lots of trees and furniture and little areas for the pup to sniff & explore. The perfect place to practice recall too! This spot really made our day!!

Great place for our 2 dogs. We truly did like the freeway noise as one of our dogs is sound sensitive and the freeway noise is like white noise for her. Nice off street parking. We’ll definitely be back!

As always, great yard! Love that it’s 5 mins (or less) from my apt. Love the remodels done since my very first visit! I think I read in a review reply that you guys intend to fence off the right side at some point, where your gardens and tent thing are. Which I think is a great idea! My dog and friends dogs like to wander back into that area at times, or try to get into that tent. And while I’m not worried about losing my dog in there. I just don’t want him to mess anything up for you guys, as it gets hard to monitor them unless we’re following super close behind. Plus I want to make sure I pick up his messes, if he were to do a number 2 back in there. Brought a new friend & their dog along today for a doggy play date, it was their first time Sniff Spotting, and they loved it. Will definitely be back many more times!

Wonderful, long, fenced area. My dream yard! Well marked so you know you are at the Sniffspot. My 3 dogs are small and they really enjoyed themselves. One of my dogs is a Chiweenie so quite small and there was no place along the fence line where she found a spot to get out. And she tried, believe me. She's one of those dogs that will try to get out of a fence if she can. Lots of shade, lots of little hidden places to explore, and a big area to run in. There is a beehive next to the yard but I didn't see a single bee. Very quiet and secluded yard. The yard at our house is so tiny I often feel bad for my dogs not having a place to all out run. This yard is perfect for that. I wasn't sure whether it was OK to put the dog poop in the trash there so I took it home with me to toss out. I would definitely go again.
