Rent safe and private fenced dog parks hosted by locals in Smithfield, North Carolina

We have a .5 acre yard is fenced in and is accessed from the driveway. You have free range of the large main yard that has grass, mature trees, carport and driveway for you to use. There are no pets at our house and the only distraction you may find is that there is a car detailing business across the street from us. They are very kind and respectful and have never bothered us with noise so they shouldnt be an issue. If coming to use the yard you are welcome to park your car all the way up in the driveway and shut the fence for you and your dog(s). Street parking is fine as well though! (I can place my car on the street so that you have better use of the carport if you wish) There is a hose on the side of the house for you to use as well as a kiddie pool for your pet. Please be kind and shut off the water once you are finished. Any mess your pet may leave, please bag and throw into our trash barrel that is by the side of the house. There is also a much smaller fenced in area to the right of the house that can be accessed from the front or back of yard and depending on time of day can can provide some shade from the house. 3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Quiet private Oasis for guests, private 100% fenced yard, sloped grass yard with 3 patio area. A lot to sniff, a lot of stairs to work out those legs. Very clean yard since I pick up after my own dogs daily. You can sit and relax or enjoy your book or bring a date. Squirrels and birds will make your visit more exciting.
