While we have been to some incredible sniffspots over the years - Otis’s is in a magical league all its own. There are so many places to explore. We only saw a fraction in 2 hours. Beau loved the fresh water spring that looked like something out of a South American jungle - certainly not Nashville, TN! I sat in a camping chair provided while he played and swam there. We hiked around the creek - Beau swam and explored in a safe environment until he was worn out. There are trails to enjoy together and lots of open space. My favorite aspect is that the areas around the water are shaded. On our visit it was 95 degrees, but felt about 75 in the shade. The entire property is a feast for the eyes for the humans. The owners are very kind and interesting. We had never met Sniffspot owners on our visits before and it was quite welcoming. Big thumbs up!

Amazingly, BEAUTIFUL property w/a lot of history. Everything including the water looks exactly as listed. I'll definitely be spending lots of time here this summer ❤️❤️ The owner was so welcoming, she asked before walking out to meet us, if we'd like a tour. We took her up on that! This was our first time using a sniff spot and this place was AWESOME! By far one of the coolest properties I’ve seen in Tennessee. There were lots of sniffs, a nice mix of open fields and shady tree areas. I’d highly recommend & I’m sure we will be back.

This property is stunning and the hosts are so welcoming! We had a blast exploring the trails and my pup loved swimming in the spring and creek. Can not recommend this property enough and a perfect location with it being just south of nashville. We’ll be back soon!

Otis dog park was the perfect place to have some off leash fun! The pups played in the water and ran their hearts out in the big open field. They left with their tails wagging! Licia was an excellent host and welcoming. The property is beautiful, clean and easy to find. You forget you’re even in Smyrna by the time you leave! We will definitely be back!!

Everything a dog could desire! My dogs absolutely loved it- they went for a swim in the spring, waded in the creek, played Frisbee on the large lawn, explored a bit of the trails and walked half of the mowed path around the meadow before we ran out of time. I booked 1.5 hours and next time I will book 2. A lot of the property is contained by water and treeline, but there are a few little spots on the property where you will either want your dogs to have a decent recall or use a long line. Licia was a great host, showing us the best pathways and then leaving us to enjoy the space. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful space, we had an amazing time, our 11 yr old enjoyed splashing with the pups, and our dogs haven’t been this tuckered out in a long time. We did have a couple ticks- but thats TN is in the summer, has nothing to do with the host- just be sure to do your tick checks when you get home.
