55This spot is so lovely, very clear parking for Sniffspot guests and so many great toys for pups to play with! My lazy old pittie only needed about 20 minutes here but he enjoyed his short term zoomies :) we will be back!Grace B.

55This is a great spot, my pups ran almost the entire hour. My boys very much enjoyed the bird watching at the big tree by the entrance but it was not so distracting I could not call them away, we are working on focusing through distractions so this was the perfect amount. The Sniffspot is at a great location in South Hero. Lots of open space surrounding it and plenty of room for your dog to run around. We came when there was new snow, so it is a great area to visit in the winter. Our dog had an absolute blast. The fence was very secure and the area was clean. There was also a trashcan, toys and poop bags available. There was also plenty of seating available for humans. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area.

Are fully fenced dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. Human and animal safety is our #1 focus. Without a private option, many dog owners are relegated to using athletic fields or tennis courts for their dogs, which are not private or safe. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot fully fenced dog park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot fully fenced dog park at the same time as me?
Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
