55This place is amazing! So quiet and pretty with all the fall colours. Our dogs had such a great time running around and sniffing everything. We will definitely be making this a regular place to take them. No stress for our one dog who has pretty bad reactivity to strange dogs. She could just run and be off leash with no worries. 55We brought a ball for our pup and he had a great time chasing the ball and sniffing around! He’s a tired puppy now! It was a wide open space and we didn’t run into any issues. Very easy directions to follow to get there and park. We’ll definitely be back! Kate B.

55Spring is here and this sniffspot is green and woodsy with lots for the pups to explore. The owners have done great things with the road to the back field - the wire fence has been removed and they've been tidying up some of the underbrush. Highly recommend this location for a nice jaunt. There is a little bit of a pond at bottom of the hill by the entrance, so if your dog, like mine, enjoys the squishy feeling of mud between their toes, you might want to bring a towel...Robbi B.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
