Visited this spot for the first time today. Even though it was raining, my dogs and I had a blast! Lynn came out to greet us at the start. All agility equipment are was in great shape and set up to allow an easy flow of activity. Benches, a table, and a waste disposal area were available as well. I will definitely be returning!

Lynn and her family are very welcoming! Everything is well maintained, clean, and gives so many options for fun activities. Our dogs loved the agility equipment and the pool. This is a great, quiet and private place to take your dog. We will be back again!

This spot is like a dog paradise!! Nice open area with a secure fence - plenty of space for zoomies, lots of toys and great agility equipment!! The pool is a must do- super clean and our dogs loved it! Lynn is super nice!! We loved it so much we’re going back tomorrow !!

This park is a wonderful place to take your dog for some free roaming, playing and recall training in a safe fenced in area. The pool is a great feature and we were able to work on Leo’s confidence swimming with and without a life vest in a safe, controlled environment. There are life vests there and all of the toys and amenities are so well thought out. Thank you so much!

I can’t believe this was as inexpensive as it was. What a great set up. Lynn thought of everything- poop bags and station, water, a kiddie pool, a place to wash your dog, treats, agility equipment and a hiking trail. And there’s a shady spot in the middle with chairs. Very quiet and the fencing was secure. My dog loved being off leash in a big space. Lynn came out when we got there to give us the low down and then went back in the house. She’s very nice. We will definitely be back. Perfect afternoon.

Lynn’s Sniffspot is amazing!!! She has everything you could ever think of, a super clean yard, a beautiful pool, and so much agility equipment! There is shade and chairs for the humans plus dog toys if you don’t bring your own. 10/10 would recommend this spot and will definitely be back!

This place is awesome ! Lynn was so nice showing us around. Hermione had an absolute blast running around and splashing in the pool. We will definitely be returning. Hermione didn’t want to leave. She cried when we left because she had so much fun. This is the perfect spot!

It was wonderful! The pool was nice and clean, the grass was nicely mown, the equipment was great (although out dogs were not at all interested). Plenty of fenced area to run and frolic. There were even multiple sized of doggie life vests and some toys! Would highly recommend checking this place out, and we will definitely be back!

If you have a reactive dog, this is the place for you! Brook Run is a BEAUTIFUL & SAFE oasis for my dog and I-- we love spending time either on the private hiking trails or hanging out in the dog park! Totally worth the drive and the price! :)

Lynn’s spot is amazing, we had an absolute blast. It has literally everything you need! It was such a good experience for my pack - while we go on leashed walks around town regularly this provided new freedom, smells and exposures which was so valuable. We will certainly be back!

Lynn was so accommodating and calm! We LOVED our visit. We have a reactive pup and it was so perfect for him to be able to just run freely! We also got him in the pool to swim for the first time EVER, and once he got in, he didn’t want to get out!! We will absolutely be frequenting as often as possible.
