We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. You can bring your furry family member over here and enjoy our space too 🤗

Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

A peaceful location close to downtown West Chester. Lots of shrubs, trees, and open space! The chickens are a fun addition. The area is private and the gazebo is a wonderful space to relax while the pups burn off some steam.

There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. There is a faucet near the table, let it run for a few seconds into the bucket to get colder and give your pup a drink. WiFi password: I Love My Dog
