IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. **Note: Everything is extremely dry at the moment due to no rain, however the creek still has water in it for dogs to swim:** A serene location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. While there are no dogs residing on the property, please keep in mind that when you arrive at my spot you might hear my neighbour’s dogs who are quite fond of vocalising. Fortunately, they are about 70 meters away and only noticeable when you first arrive so they shouldn't pose any problems for you or your dogs.

My girl loved her visit. Hills, a stream, flat areas and lots of smells. Perfect for a dog that's got lots of energy and is inquisitive. Take sturdy shoes if you intend to walk around with your dog. Some of the terrain isn't gumboot friendly.

Im so happy i found this app! Hades finally got the okay to go out after his last vaccination, and despite taking him for a walk earlier, i thought letting him run off leash in an open area would be wonderful. I booked an hour and a half just in case, but he lasted 40 minutes (and the rain started pouring), so home we go. He's out cold. I'm so incredibly happy, and Hades seems less afraid of water now, too! 10/10 would recommend. (Would love to come on a nicer day and have a lovely picnic with my family! Nan and baby were the most excited to return. Privacy, big area, and a stream is a god send.)

We took an early morning walk. It was blissfully quiet and obvious on the journey there and back that the wildlife owns the road - giving way to ducks, a hen and rooster and guinea fowl. I kept a longline on my dog. She’s weeny at 5kgs and prey driven so I’ve no doubt she’d escape through the fence if there was a bunny or bird to chase. She’s also reactive on the lead so great that there are no other dogs around. This is a lovely spot so I’ll definitely be back. Remember to bring a towel and car seat cover if it’s wet! I didn’t!

Lovely spot! Our dog is dog-reactive and almost fully deaf, so she doesn't get a lot of off-leash time. We kept her on a long line just in case she managed to climb through the fence, but she had a blast! Slept all the way home.

We visited for the first time today and had a great time. We came with our two anxious rescue mixed breeds - Fudge and Cookie. Without places like this they get very little off-lead time and on-lead places can’t always be trusted to have on-lead dogs, sadly. Fudge is an older 40kg dog and we felt confident letting him off lead to explore, knowing he wouldn’t fit through the fence and doesn’t jump. Cookie is a more reactive, younger and springier flavour at 25kg so she stayed on a long lead to be safe because she is a pretty determined Houdini if she wants to be - this helped us feel confident to let her run about happily enough. The stream was a real highlight for the dogs - and our youngest son! Cookie’s confidence in the water grew in just the hour we were there and Fudge loved going up to his stomach in the cool water. It’s a really lovely, peaceful spot with lots to sniff and grass to run through. It’s an easy and enjoyable walk and it’s obvious a lot of love and care has been put into it. We are really grateful to have the opportunity to use this park - thank you. We will be very respectful regulars and hope others will support and respect this place, so it can be enjoyed by dogs for years to come.

This spot was absolutely wonderful and I know that my two small dogs had the BEST time—so much fun for them to run (and sniff) around the land and to go for swims in the oh-so-clear and very clean stream! They were also very enthralled by the wee bridge, making multiple trips back and forth with their little legs! The humans had a bit of a forage while the dogs entertained themselves, win-win. I hope this place becomes a permanent fixture on Sniffspot. It was our first time there and it certainly will not be our last, and hopefully we’ll get to meet Clem next time!
