Our second time here - excellent again! Our dog is a sprinter not a marathoner — he started with a quick chase towards a deer that was outside of the fence, got lots of good sniffs in, then we played with the hose which is his favorite part. Finished up our visit relaxing and cooling off. He’ll sleep the rest of the day. Afterall, a tired hound is a good hound! Can’t wait to come back! (It was buggy today, as is expected during a humid summer, but the host had bug spray, a towel, water, and lemonade available!)

Ahh this place is AMAZING! Our two boys absolutely loved! The fencing is perfect for big dogs, there are so many different places to sniff and run, the barn and kennel space have lots of opportunities for sniffing, plus all the added touches like water, toys, and tissues. We will absolutely be back, thank you Vicki!!

This spot is absolutely wonderful! My dog is reactive so finding spots for her to play where we can both be at ease, play and relax is not always easy. This place provided me with total peace of mind. It is clean, quiet and your dog will have an amazing time while you have peace of mind that they are save. There was someone there to give us the initial tour, show us around and let us know that there was nothing to worry about. That made this visit that much better. Give it a try, worth every penny!

This was our first time using sniffspot and it was a great spot for my dog to explore & enjoy. The signage is clear but the owner greeted us to show us around since it was our first time here. There's a few nice places for humans to sit (plus tea/warm beverages options) and toys and water available for the dog. All in all we really enjoyed it and will be back.

This was our first experience with Sniff Spot and Woodland Paradise was FANTASTIC! Super clean and well maintained. The perfect amount of space to explore and the owners were very hospitable. My dog Candy and I visited this spot for the first time today and it was such a wonderful experience! We met our host Dave and Candy loved him! He was very nice and showed us around the property. There is a nice barn with chairs and there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available. The fenced area is so beautiful and clean. It's just what Candy and I needed. We don't have our own fenced yard, and Candy is reactive to other dogs while on a leash so it's hard to find safe places for us to walk. Plus, she doesn't have good off-leash skills so it was so nice to be able to let her off and explore on her own. We both had a wonderful, relaxing time here! It truly is a paradise! Thank you Dave and Vickie for sharing this beautiful place! We will be back for sure. One more thing that is good to know. If you have a reactive dog. Appointments are scheduled with time in between so you can safely exit down the path back to your car without worrying about running into another dog. They truly have thought of everything.

We drove an hour from Connecticut to come to this Sniff Spot and I’d do it again 👍🏻👍🏻. I did not meet the host due to one of my dog’s excitability, but we still fully felt the hospitality here. It was very refreshing and peaceful for us to be able to walk the paths in this sniff spot, and for my dogs to roam around, without having to constantly worry about the possibility of running into off-leash dog, as we would in a public space. We felt right at home with all of the accommodations and even fresh water waiting for them when we got there. This spot definitely needs a tip jar! Thank you so much for sharing your space with us, we send much appreciation 🐾🐾

The most amazing sniffspot we’ve visited!! Charlie and I had a great time! We drove an hour to visit and we will definitely be doing it again! It’s beautiful and clean. The owners are extremely nice. It’s all fenced in with a lot of ground for the pups to cover. They provide shelter, a box of toys, dog cookies, fresh water, and even had hot water brewing for me to make tea/coffee. It is the prefect place especially for reactive dogs. Charlie is dog aggressive and he was able to be a dog with no distractions. The fence is sturdy and tall. I recommend this spot to everyone! I would drive 2 hours to bring Charlie here. Beautiful. Safe. Hospitality is outstanding. Its fun. The hour went by faster than any other place we’ve been too. We can’t wait to visit again!! We did see a donkey (a quiet donkey) he wasn’t visible for very long. And the neighbors behind the spot did come out and play with their dog. However, in the spring and summer I’m sure they would not be visible once the foliage starts to grow back. Charlie did notice the dog but he didn’t lose his mind as he normally does. It was also at the end of our visit, which was good. We still got to fully enjoy our time there before Charlie was slightly distracted. I’ve also been in the middle of training charlie through his fears and this was a great spot to work on it as well.

Hands down, our favorite sniffspot yet. It was so lovely to let my dogs run free in the woods without the stress of who we might meet on the trail. They were in heaven chasing each other through the trees and scaling the big rock. The property was safe, beautiful and seemed much more spacious than an acre. The land felt incredibly well cared for—as did we, as visitors. I really appreciate that our needs were so thoughtfully anticipated. Coming around the bend with two exhausted pups to find a huge, sparkling clean bowl of fresh water was like the moment you walk into an airbnb and see they’ve left you a bottle of wine and a chocolate on your pillow. We’ll be back.

This was our first SniffSpot and we lucked out that we chose this location. Vicki met us once we arrived and she was so welcoming. She walked us down the path to the open area, and gave us a tour around the space. She provided a large dog bowl with fresh water which was needed after only 10 minutes, and many toys to throw and play with. The area was not short on sticks, which is a favorite for my dog. She provided chairs around the property and drinks for myself if need be. We will be returning for another visit very soon!

My dogs had so much fun exploring this beautiful spot! One of my pups is leash reactive so walking can be a challenge. She was able to run off so much energy, it was fabulous. When we arrived there was fresh water for the dogs and a lovely set up for humans to sit and have a drink as well. There is a box of toys to use and even a few beds in the structure if your pup needs a rest! Dave came out and introduced himself, made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend bringing your dog(s) here to run or simply sniff for an hour. It was a very peaceful hour for me as well!

Willow and Martin had a great time this afternoon..Martin loved just being off leash and getting to sniff around everywhere among the trees and rocks. Willow loved running along the trails and playing hide and seek with her human dad. Such a awesome and welcoming space. Thank you Vicki for sharing your property with us..we'll be back again.
