Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Hi and welcome to our waterfront property where you and your pup/s can enjoy your no worry freedom! Yard is fully fenced and is sand so it's gentle on your pups paws. Lots of places for you to relax while your pup enjoys their time. And, if you both are up to it you can jump right on in to the water (seasonal) for a swim and to cool off. Note, we have a dog gate that you can add to the dock if you want to keep your pet away from the water. There is ample parking right as you pull up the the yard. We have some extra amenities for you too if you would like to take advantage of those. BBQ, Fire Pit, Outdoor Shower, Hose, etc. See additions and associated fees.
