About 4 of the acres is heavily wooded with very mature evergreens & maples. There is a very nice wide trail with lots of little ups & downs & obstacles. The trail is walkable in 5-10 depending on pace. The rest of the property is mostly native grass & weeds with some European grass that surrounds our house & shop in the middle of the property. No busy roads very peaceful & quiet.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. We have a 3 acre parcel where dogs can stretch out to run. Find shade, chew on a stick, great spot for frisbee or fetch. Creek area is available on a different part of property. Both of those areas are not fenced. The fenced portion is approximately an 1/2 acre with inside outside access with rubber mat inside.

I own 5 acres about 4 of that is fully fenced however some fencing is gates and barb wire so a dog could get through certain areas but I doubt it with so much for you and your best friend to explore. The views are incredible rain or shine. You hear absolutely nothing other than nature. Parking is next to the barn or in front of the barn. A hose is available and large cattle type water basin. An outlet is on the barn wall by the gate and 3 gates are available for entry to the pasture, please keep the dogs of the main lawn area and main house area etc.

Nestled in the serene farmland of Roy, WA, this private dog park spans approximately 6 acres of a 9.74-acre estate. It features a well-groomed, quarter-mile loop trail that winds through natural woodlands, offering a tranquil and safe environment for dogs to explore and play. This secluded haven provides both pets and their owners a peaceful retreat to enjoy nature's beauty.

Fully fenced double lot (1/4 acre). There are frequent deer sightings, as well as squirrels and birds. We have 2 dogs as well, so there are plenty of toys laying around in the yard, as well as a sprinkler and a dog pool that can be used. Feel free to come and sit in the chairs on the deck and throw a ball for your dog. There is a ramp for ease of access for older dogs, though there are 2 steps that they would need to climb to get up to the covered deck. The dog water bowl is on the deck.

Come swing in the hammock swing and relax while your furry friends play on our covered porch. We even have a picnic table and chairs for lunch time adventures. We have a wonderful back yard with a trampoline. One of our dogs enjoys going on the trampoline, your pooch is welcome to also. Enjoy your stay!

We are a search and rescue that deals with hard cases and know what its like to have dogs that can’t be around other dogs, animals or people. This spot is dedicated to those dogs in an effort to help keep them active and happy at home so their families don’t have to give them up or have them end up in a shelter. All proceeds from this sniffspot go directly to I Paw’d It Forward's mission of keep families together.

Acres of fun space to explore: wide open areas for ball throwing etc., a couple of trails through the trees, a long mowed driveway, a budding forest to tromp through, and tall grass fields. The camp area has a compost toilet, table, chairs, hand washing station and fire pit (bring your own firewood etc.) Enjoy!
