I have 10 acres, 5 acres is set up for your dogs to run. Very comfortable and relaxing. My property is very peaceful I do have lots of animals here including other dogs. All are on the front 5 acres of my property and contained. I am happy to answer any questions. My property is fully fenced and gated. Our yard was made for dogs. We designed it to be a mess free spot for our dogs to play! There is an area of grass (it’s a tad brown right now due to the extreme temps) that’s surrounded by smooth rocks to avoid muddy paws. There is a small dog pool available for your dog to play or if you want to give a bath! We provide dog towels for your convenience. Relax on our comfy chairs in the shade. The yard is shaded all day so no need to worry about the heat or sunburns. We hope you and your dog will enjoy our spot!

We have fully fenced with the playground and trampoline for kids. Plenty of space for the fur babies to run. We can provide towels and kiddie pool if needed (for $2 more per dog/item) we have a small dog that will be inside while the backyard is in use. Please pick up after your pups. We have trash can available and water for all humans and dogs. Please keep them on leash until you enter the gate. We have stable behind our yard that sometimes the horses and donkey might come out please try not to let them bark at them. Thank you

Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person. This is an off grid goat farm. It is steep and rocky in areas. There is a spring with fresh water down in the bottom. There are friendly goats and one friendly cow that likes to say hi. When walking around, please always be aware of your surroundings and watch for rattle snakes.

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a fully functioning restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows.
