Fully fenced medium sized yard for dogs. Have a kiddie pool with a sprinkler for summer months. Lots of snow weather permitting. Dog toys available.

We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground dog-friendly pool (seasonal), huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities, natural parkour and agility equipment. There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. Unlimited on-site parking.

Fun and safe private play yard. There is a baby pool filled by rain but with minimal non-chlorine shock. I recently added a larger pool (10’ x 6’ x 26” deep) Agility items are just for fun and are not standard. A tunnel, three jumps and a teeter totter and a children’s slide make up a fun obstacle course. The gazebo offers shade for Dogs, inclusive of two Dog beds inside. The toy box is just inside the gazebo, as is the supply . Cedar bags are strewn throughout the yard to help repel fleas/ticks and off white powder is found in some spots, it’s food grade diatomaceous earth. The yard is also sprayed with neem oil to repel bugs. Only all natural safe products are used and I request that no chemicals, pesticides etc be used in the space. A larger above ground pool is slightly extra due to maintenance expenses. It’s 10’ x 6.5’ x 24” deep. Ground is uneven in some places. It’s okay to let your Dogs dig OTHER THAN along the fence line. Provided in a storage container for guest use- -water bowl and water, -spare long line and leads to borrow, -flea/tick/mosquito repellant -poop bags. Toy box is just inside the gazebo. There is also a treat dispenser for only 25 cents for a small handful of treats. Please do not use the fire pit as it needs far more than an hour to safely extinguish any fire safely. Park alongside the road in front of the spot, just by the entrance. . No children or extra visitors, please. . Thank you

Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Equipped with easy-access steps, with a deep end of approximately 5 feet and a shallow end of around 3 feet. 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮: Enjoy poolside loungers or patio chairs shaded under an umbrella while your dog swims. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝘄𝗻: Please bring your own doggy lifejackets, toys/balls, and towels. 𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹: The pool is chlorine-treated, and a hose is available for rinsing off your dog after swimming. 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁: Please brush your dog before visiting to help manage hair in the pool and ensure a pleasant experience for other guests. (We'll do our best to keep the pool clean, but some hair might remain.) 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: Please do not throw, drop, or toss your dogs into the pool, as this can traumatize and scare them. Join them in the pool to help them have a calm & fun experience. Yes, you can go in the pool with your pups! It's recommended you carry them in or walk them in, but forcing them in could create a negative experience for them. Also, keep them away from the pool walls/sides to prevent scratching, clawing, and potential damage to the pool liner. Dogs can panic and want to escape the pool resulting in damage to the inside walls. if you have questions, please reach out, we are very responsive and want your furry friends to have the best experience.
