Welcome to our mini dog gym, inside you'll find a brand new way of exercising your dog. Slatmills are propelled by your pup so they're in control of the workout ensuring that they're comfortable. This small Sniffspot may not appear to be much, but it's a great space during inclement weather or a pitstop before work. Test it out today! Slatmill is located in the interior of garage. You will also have access to the backyard, which is shaded most of the day. Warning, the neighbors directly behind us have one barrier reactive dog!!

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

The yard features five mature trees that you may sometimes find birds and squirrels playing in. Your dog will love exploring the lush turf and grass yard sections, ideal for running, playing, and lounging. For those pups who enjoy a good dig, we've included a dedicated dirt patch just for them. Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. Ideal for dogs of all sizes (except extra tiny), this open space offers plenty of room to run and play. They'll be surrounded by the charming sight of sheep and alpacas (safely locked up), with stunning views to complete the experience. There are some booking times which work work better than others, and I want to plan with you to care for your dog's needs.** **Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

It has a small open area where I need to put a gate or something to fully enclosed yard.

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

*we just got new backyard neighbors as of 9/20/24, I believe they have a dog. I am not sure how often it will be back there. Dog does not seem to bark at humans or dogs so far. Please be aware that this dog may be outside during the time of your visit. I will update with more info as I find out * We love having a backyard for our dog to run around in :) hopefully your dog will enjoy it too! We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up the dog pool for extra charge. Note: pool not available during winter months

Preppy paws has a private dog park with an adjacent pet supply store and separate indoor training space that you may also have access to if requested. Dogs may be inside the adjacent store but will not be in any other areas. Feel free to let me know if you would like to come into the store for bathroom breaks or supplies.

We live on a three acre plot in a rural farm town with a log cabin! 1-ish acres is fenced fully with cattle fences. It is great for dogs to run around on! Not a ton of passing traffic of people! Maybe about 10 cars pass by per day!

It's the backyard fully fenced no one uses it. we use to have a couple dogs but they have passed in the last couple years
