Yard is kept clean and safe by owner who is also a dog groomer and life time dog owner! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, owners dogs will be kept in the house during your visit.

-Very large fenced in back yard with plenty of room for the dogs to run. -Bon fire pit available for use. I have 2 chairs that will be placed at the pit if you let me know ahead of time of usage. (Chairs N/A during cold months) Please specify if you want to use this so I’m aware of the fire use. -There is a trash can, doggie waste bags and a small shovel for dog waste. -Bucket of water will be placed outside near the entry gate. Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Two walkable blocks to Wood County Hospital and 2 miles on opposite of town from Bowling Green State University. One hour per visit but several visits per day available.
