I own 5 acres about 4 of that is fully fenced however some fencing is gates and barb wire so a dog could get through certain areas but I doubt it with so much for you and your best friend to explore. The views are incredible rain or shine. You hear absolutely nothing other than nature. Parking is next to the barn or in front of the barn. A hose is available and large cattle type water basin. An outlet is on the barn wall by the gate and 3 gates are available for entry to the pasture, please keep the dogs of the main lawn area and main house area etc.

This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. Off road parking, I will give clear directions before arrival. Come roam around a huge open space! Bring a ball or just have a sniff party! *Electric Fence surrounds the horse pasture - which you must pass to get to the sniff spot* Please keep to the designated sniff spot area, the top field and barn area is NOT open to the public. Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. We have an open 7 acre property that is surrounded by trees and blackberries. This is a small working lavender farm. The entrance and one other opening to a neighboring field are the only openings to the property. We are visited by deer on occasion and have two dogs of our own that can be kept inside during your visit or allowed to play outside if you wish. We have a covered patio to get out of the sun or a large patio in the sun if you prefer. Water is provided for dogs and people. Come and relax while your dog enjoys the open range.

Long and short grass *currently approx 1/3 mowed, the rest is a field of high grass. There is a trail mowed around outside a few through center*, slight hills, a sand pile and dirt to dig in too! We are a farm animal sanctuary and wildlife friendly. There may be long grass, insects, farm animal poo and other farmy stuff. Fun smell things such as feathers, wool, horse hair etc is added for dogs to sniff. All is cruelty free. WINTER: Seasonal pond takes up the lower portion of the spot. It may grow and shrink throughout the season. Dogs love it! Ground will likely be soggy but we will close if entrance becomes unsafe. SUMMER: During warm weather there is a 9’ stock tank pool (not filtered) for dogs. One adult may accompany each dog but please no children. >> Please note! Just about 10 acres of open rolling prairies, creek, and forest for you and your furry one(s) to roam. There is poor cell reception at this Sniffspot, so it is recommended that guests screenshot the picture of the boundaries (picture #2) to reference when you are here. Sturdy shoes and pants are recommended. This is a natural forage prairie area. There are blackberry bushes along the road and some fencing, but gaps do exist so exercise caution. That said, there is plenty of room far away from the road to play fetch, run around, explore etc. Stay to the right of the power lines when viewing from the parking area. The creek has slowed way down due to the season. A primitive trail exists to access a portion of it. Booking availability times are M-Sun 8AM-6PM.

We’ve been receiving a lot of messages asking if we are still offering our spot. As with many things, a few bad apples have caused us to stop, offering it to the public. People were leaving behind half eaten tennis balls that were dangerous for our livestock, as well as plastic poop bags littering our field. We set aside 7 1/2 acres for the public to come and enjoy when we weren’t using it for grazing our animals, and people would complain about sheep poop. It was tiring picking up after people, and sniffspot taking 25% of our earnings. It was wonderful getting to know many of you, and we are sorry that others couldn’t appreciate what we were offering and had to tear it apart and leave litter behind. We may possibly open up again in the future.

We have a 3 acre parcel where dogs can stretch out to run. Find shade, chew on a stick, great spot for frisbee or fetch. Creek area is available on a different part of property. Both of those areas are not fenced. The fenced portion is approximately an 1/2 acre with inside outside access with rubber mat inside.
