Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes WE ARE CLOSED…. Until the First of December🌲 due to Hunting Season it’s open firearm. We are not hunting but we aren’t sure if our neighbors are and we want to be safe. Sorry for the inconvenience. 11/9/24 Trail Conditions Report: The Fall weather is gorgeous!! Leaves have fallen, bugs are gone, and temps are perfect! Our guests describe our Sniffspot as a "Destination Spot." That is why our guests travel here from Grand Rapids, Holland, Lansing, and Kalamazoo. We have Ten scenic wooded acres (square). Fully fenced in. Walk along the pond and through the trees on groomed trails. There are also yard areas and a picnic table. Beautiful and private acreage with views of a 60-acre non-motorized lake. Canicross and Canicross Training welcome! One lap of our outer loop (through the woods) = 1/2 mile. We are set up nicely to practice 5K.

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
