1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

She is a friendly, large young dog. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted poo baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. Spring 2024 the yard is very tender with grass trying to recover from last year's drought, if you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." Added FYI: Same day bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might not be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are!

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! Please note during winter (nov-end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️ you’re welcome to bring your own chairs!

Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

Dig defense lining the fence in areas that are susceptible to digging. Dogs must be supervised at all times, and a garbage can & scoop are provided! We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do on stay on top of picking my dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one so I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months I have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck • There is a hose you are welcomed to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for any garbage and 💩 bags in the rocks by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit I will leave a towel out also.

Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding! Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and lots of trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the shy, fearful or reactive dogs: Our neighbors on the north side of us (the side with the short trees along the fence) have two kids who might come up to the fence to talk and try to pet your dog without asking first. We have tried teaching dog safety but this has not helped. If you have a human/kid reactive dog, weekdays before 2:30 during the school year are going to be the best time for you to come. I will update this if the situation changes. Other neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our immediate neighbors do not have dogs. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. There are dogs across the street and a few houses down who are occasionally in their yard and can be seen from the hill in our yard. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard when you’re here. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you. A great deal goes into elevating your doggo's emotional, physical, and mental well being. Guests enjoy special sensory nooks like sniffington alley, a splash pool in the warmer months, designated digging zone, a shaded lounge area to cool off on an elevated dog bed, complete with clean towels and a grooming kit. Hello! My husband and I recently lost our dogs within months of each other. So now we have this nice big yard, but no puppies to fill it with.. For now :) Seems a shame to waste a nice yard. One of our dogs was leash aggressive and our other would get anxious at dog parks. We totally understand what it means to have a yard for your dog who may struggle a bit with other parks. Our yard is fully fenced in with two gates to get in. The neighborhood is quiet with a couple neighbors who have dogs but they keep to themselves and we never had problems. Our dogs were smaller, so we are not sure if a bigger dog would be able to jump the fence. We do have lots of rabbits - just to let you know. Our dogs never caught them though :) We also have a patio area with chairs and will have a bin or space with doggie essentials -poo bags, trash can, water dish, and maybe some balls.

*8/25/24 update: We're doing some landscaping work and will re-open the sniff spot in a few weeks! Thanks! Welcome from the Oak Ridge Standard Poodles and their humans! We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, even if your pups wander to the top of the deck stairs...but they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces. A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch! ❗️recently added some DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog has recently become an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you.
