an amazing place to let the dog run around and explore! the owners did a great job showing us around, and we will definitely be back. 

We had an amazing time at this spot! The hosts were great at communicating, very personable, and could not have made us feel more welcome. We truly appreciate their understanding and catering to reactive dogs. They met us upon arrival and fully explained the property while Frankie was in his covered crate in the car. The property is gorgeous and well cared for with great views and so much to explore! We loved the water access, camping area with swing, and easy walking spots. From the walking area along the water, we saw a few cyclists (the host informed us of this ahead of time!). We actually ended up really liking this–they were far enough away to be safe for Frankie's level of reactivity, but close enough where we could practice some DSS/CC training whenever we saw them. However, the property is so expansive that you could avoid them totally if needed. We didn't have a chance to see everything in this magical place in just one hour, so we'll definitely be back with more time booked. We're so thrilled that a Sniffspot opened close to us and plan on becoming regulars!

Jessica was very helpful with directions and meeting us to orient to the property on our first visit. The dogs appreciated the variety: large hay field, corn fields, a fun marshy area with tall grass, and the waterfront. View of the mountains on a clear day. The property is not fenced along the road, and the waterfront area is on one side while the fields are the other, so you may want to leash your dogs while crossing. There is a slope upward to the road on both sides that felt like a boundary of sorts, and we were comfortable with dogs off leash once we were on either side and with some distance. There are cattle and horses (fenced), but easy to avoid if that’s a problem. Also some gunshots in the distance, but the dogs were too busy exploring to mind. 

Wow! This sniffspot was absolutely amazing and so beautiful. We saw seals!!!! The host was great at communicating and SO friendly! (She was also understanding when my over excited dog jumped out of the window to greet her!🤦‍♀️) So much space and so many options for your dogs- water, fields, mud, grass, birds you name it! We felt secure the whole time and the dogs were in absolute heaven! (Frank loved all the gopher holes to smell!) Highly recommend and we will be back!

This is by far the BEST sniff spot I’ve ever been to! Jessica and her husband were so helpful and kind when they showed us around the property. Our dog had an absolute BLAST! I’d recommend booking a few hours- we took an hour for the field side and an hour for the river side, and it was perfect. We will 200% be back! 

Definitely our favorite spot! This was our second time here and even though it was raining, the pups still had a blast! My dogs love mud so the rain made it even better! Secure, safe, and huge with so much to see and do! We love it.

This is by far our favorite sniffspot so far. Our dogs love the marshy grass, the muddy corn field and the cow sightings off in the distance. Jessica is extremely kind and will meet you on your first visit. This was our second visit to her land. I highly recommend it for your pups!

This is a huge area with an excellent variety of sniffs (grass, river front, fields...). Jessica is excellent at communicating throughout the process and we will be coming back to explore more. One thing I wish I had known in advance is hunting season activity hours as the sounds of gunshots in the distance did affect our dogs' ability to fully enjoy the experience. Nobody's fault, just a detail our particular dogs are sensitive to. We shall come back at a different time because this is a fabulous sniff spot. 

What a great sniffspot. Dogs had a blast running wild jumping cornfield stock lanes and jumping in the marshes. Cow watching also became a thing. Your dog's will need great off leash recall. Not for the cows but more for those who might want to wander towards the road. Also, if you come in January, be mindful of hunting season as the sound of nearby gunshots might affect your dog's experience. That being said, even my gun shy dog enjoyed himself. My lab loved all of it but definitely liked the river access most and found the biggest stick to fetch. I found the swing set. Mum set 😂. Bring boots for the mudd in winter & leashes for crossing the road. Jessica was super nice and showed us around on our first visit. Definitely coming back

Amazing hosts, fantastic property, just as expected. Our dog is still working on recall but this place is so huge we weren’t worried about her being unsafe. It gave us a good idea about where she is with her training. The flat open corn field was very muddy; boots are a must. We really enjoyed the wetland areas and wildlife. Nearby livestock was safely guarded behind fencing that clearly defined the property line. We stayed on the farm side of the road. Next time we’re looking forward to exploring the river side. This place is a gem!!

We come once a week. We can't get enough of this fabulous space. This was our first week in the field, we've been enjoying the river, even with the water up, we've had some great adventure. Our dog is an apartment dog and reactive, this is our chance for freedom and exploration and it's wonderful. I'm actually happy about the exposure to the gunshots because he's fearful of noises, but he seems to be adjusting and that makes me happy for him. Be prepared for muddy fun, I've gone home just as muddy as the dog. Hosts are really wonderful, great at communication, generous with their space and put in a rope to hold as you walk down the bank to the river. So grateful for this space.

Third time out for us. The host is very communicative as needed. The pups love running through the cut corn stalks and wading through the marshy areas. This has become a regular spot for us. Boots recommended in the rainy season!

Amazing spot! Our dog and her pals had a blast romping around the field (and getting muddy!). Jess was communicative and helpful and met us when we arrived to show us around. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this spot!  Lots of open field and multiple places to get in water.  The host was friendly and informative, highly recommend!

Another fun trip to this spot! It was extra fun with a group of dog friends and they all had a blast. 

We had a blast!  This was our very first Snifspot visit and the experience could not have been better.  Jessica and Curtis met us and showed us the boundaries of our "spot".  They were so friendly and answered all of our questions.  We spent the next hour with our puppy racing through acres of fields.  The setting is beautiful.  We definitely will book again!  

This was our first Sniffspot experience and it was amazing! Jess and her partner are super kind and helpful. The fields were fun - my pup loved playing frisbee and hopping over the cut corn stalks. He especially loved diving into all of the ponds. The neighbor's cattle were out and about and it made for a great training opportunity! We didn't explore too much of the river side, will definitely be back to check out the campsite! All in all, a fantastic place for pups!

We had the best time! Very easy to get to get there and the hosts were very helpful. There 2 nice areas for the dogs to run, a huge marshy field and a river front path

This is a wonderful spot to get your dogs out to run around! Make sure to wear waterproof boots and be prepared to get muddy. Our dogs loved their time here, will definitely take them back!

One of our favorite spots. It's so nice being able to take 2 very different dogs to a place that has everything to satisfy both of their needs and wants! Space to run, things to sniff, water, you name it! And such a great peace of mind for mom to just walk the property and know we are safe!
