No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Plenty of space to get the zoomies out and leave with a tired friend. This farm is a Agritourism site as designated by the signs posted on the property.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

This month two years ago Rosie crossed the Rainbow Bridge. So I've cut the price in half the rest of June! If you'd like to tip or donate more money I'll put the money towards animals in need.We have a huge front and back yard that is COMPLETELY ENCLOSED. We do have stray cats that both us and the neighbor behind us feeds. The neighbor in the back has a chicken coop in the far left corner(on her side of the fence.) We have large areas of bush that your tennis balls or toys may get lost in(more than welcome to bring toys just a fair warning.) We have dog bowls and water provided. We have a back porch with seating available. We do have shaded areas to park depending on the time of day. We have not seen snakes here. More than one dog is welcome and encouraged. Our yard is fully fenced! We maintain a few small fruit trees and a little garden, which you can enjoy any of the fruit and veggies from. We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard. Please note that if you book within the hour the yard may not be able to be cleaned and prepared for your visit :)

Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I usually have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in next to the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area or in the black trash can behind the small white fence. Please don’t put them in the large gray compost bin by the field fence next to the viburnum hedge. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Freedom to roam the entire property! Great location, perfect for running, playing, fetching, lots of lizards to hunt, and curious dogs will love the wide variety of animal scents to smell! Please enter the gate and park in the front yard. Amenities are around back. A tote will be on the table, along with a notebook filled with information on my spot and I will be adding other interesting dog related information. I will try to take my dog out during your reservation, but I am available by phone. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or special requests. We are open! We took a LOT of hurricane damage to our trees, and you might still see some small branches down - but the large branches/trees are cleaned up. Enjoy! 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Automatic watering system.
