Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek. There's tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy!

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

We are a dog-friendly household and love our furr babies and welcome more! We enjoy seeing our yard be enjoyed by our dogs and those who visit alike. We welcome dogs to come and play. Need advance notice and conformation to make sure our furr babies are out of the way. They will, however, be barking enthusiastically from the inside of the house. Maybe they are just cheering for our guests! 😄
