Welcome to our own tiny piece of paradise—17.5 acres of rolling hills, a 9 hole disc golf course (bring your discs!), a huge pond (you are welcome to fish), lots of trees along the back creek with a bench swing under a tall elm tree, tall grass, mowed pasture, walking trails, benches, bottled water, a convenience station, and we are very animal friendly. Be aware you could see deer, fox, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, pigs, horses, cows, etc as we do live in a rural area. During the holidays we will have cute selfie/photo spots set up if you’d like Fall/Halloween/Christmas pictures in a beautiful outdoor setting. We also have TONS of bluebonnets by the pond every spring if you’d like bluebonnet pics with your pups. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).
