We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. We are the first and only dog park in Schuyler County, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. The area is known for its rolling farmland, many vineyards, beautiful lakes, and plentiful waterfalls and gorges. Numerous state parks offer many camping opportunities. And the county is also home to the only national forest in the state. So whether you are a local resident-or a visitor to our little piece of heaven-be sure to bring your special friend(s) for an enjoyable outing in the country. I live on 11.22 acres with almost 1 acre pond in the very back of my property also has a cabin but I am willing to have a park area for dogs if GPS the area you will want to take the 417 route do not take the deer Creek route you can't access the property that way. Please be advised we do have ducks that roam the property all we ask is that dogs don't hurt the ducks

We have 2 sections of fenced yard space for dogs to run, play, and explore. The main dog-side is the primary yard for the resident dogs. The 2nd fenced section is typically used for human-events, parties, backyard BBQs, and bonfires. However, it is a great space to play fetch, walk laps with the pups, and hang out in the courtyard while the dogs play and explore. The 2nd section is fenced, however there is access to the woods & mountain, if your dog doesn’t come when called or is easily distracted, the main dog-side is safer and probably more appropriate.

Your dogs will love running, digging and playing on our private 10 acre property! The majority of running space is far away from the road. Private parking and a separate driveway are available so you don’t have to have any engagement if you don’t want to. Fresh water is available as well as chairs in shaded areas, so you can relax. We have mowed trails as well as hay fields to dig. It is likely you will get a glimpse of the deer or wild turkeys in our woods or hear the mooing of the cows across the valley. Help yourself to wild berries mid-summer, bring your golf clubs to drive balls while your dogs run and enjoy the peace of the woods behind you. We are half way between Buffalo and Rochester. 15 minutes from Darien Lake or Batavia. 20 minutes to Silver Lake. 30 from Letchworth State Park.
