With lush green grass, paved stone areas and large mature trees, this yard in the nearby Bird Streets is a dog’s paradise. Our house sits on a half-acre corner lot and has a large fully fenced backyard with unique areas. There is plenty of space for running, playing fetch, or just relaxing in the grass. A splash pad provides some extra fun during these hot summer days. We keep capacity limited in order to provide a custom experience and to keep the massive amounts of space a haven for your porches. My yard is just a little over half an acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. It is fully fenced so you can feel comfortable enjoying one of the many spots to relax while your dog(s) can freely roam the yard. 🙂 Feel free to sit on the patio, or one of the many swings around. The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.

We have a large field with some trees and trails galore, a creek, and plenty of wooded trails past the creek. There's sitting areas along the way and tons of sights and smells for the doggies to enjoy!

We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. Do not block the garage (parking available in the driveway if you pull far enough forward) Please put garbage in the provided trash cans. Place used towels on the porch
