There are often chickens and horses just on the other side of an adjacent fence which many dogs find interesting, but is not included in the accessible play area. Adults only with dogs. Conveniently located near Rand road and shopping areas, and a few minutes’ drive to downtown Arlington Heights. We have ample off street parking and offer a park-like space. About half of our 3/4 acres is fully fenced in. Hose and electric outlets are outside the fenced area but can easily reach across the fence. We have a designated toilet area for our dog, separate from the fenced area that you would be welcome to use if desired.

This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. If you have trouble with balance or walking, please reconsider your visit to our property for your safety. Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. Other daytime hours may be available upon request, but we ask that you contact the resort directly for scheduling those times. Additional services including daycare play groups, overnight boarding, nail trims, bathing, and full grooming services, as well as professional training are also available.

Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
