It’s a unique venue designed specifically to provide your dog with opportunities to work their brains, gain confidence, experience different surfaces and enjoy a nice swim in our swimming pool. ***** NOTE : Effective July 8th our spot will have a new rate, the demand has been so high that we had to hire someone to make sure the spot is up to our standards each time before a visitor comes in. We also had to upgrade the filter in order to be able to maintain a crystal clear water with the less amount of chemicals as possible. Should you have a reservation on the calendar after July 8th and Sniffspot honors your current rate we will honor that as well. Otherwise, be aware that new rate will apply effective July 8th. ******************

Come bring your fur family to my little urban farm! We are a fully working farm so there are some ugly corners but lots of space to run free, dip in the little pool and play fetch!

Sniffspot just informed hosts that they will be discontinuing the ability to sign up for spot specific NEW memberships in the next two weeks. They will continue to honor existing Memberships. So we just wanted to give any Non Members a heads up in case anyone is on the fence about joining. As hosts we prefer the trust & sense of community that comes with memberships because it allows us to leave our spot open more hours for people who are familiar with our space. We are not sharing our yard for high volume, because it’s our personal yard also. We appreciate being able to have our weekends reserved predominantly for our familiar Members so we can stay open while we ourselves are out & about enjoying our weekend time! Just wanted to share this info. **We have added OPEN reservations on weekdays for people that would like to visit the yard prior to deciding if they would like to become full access Members. Peak weekend hours are only available to our Spot Specific Members.** We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. For this reason, we have limited our evening and weekend availability to Members Only to decrease the wear and tear on the yard. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) WATER: We provide fresh water every 24hrs located in watering cans on the bench. PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, so we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot. We have evening hours 6:30p to 9:30p for Members Only, 7 days per week.

We have 2400 square feet for your dog to run, jump, and play in our private dog play space! It is great for those dogs that need off-leash playtime and enrichment without interference from other dogs or the outside world. Our experience is designed to promote physical and cognitive development—and strengthen your bond through a shared one-on-one experience. Enjoyed by our dogs for 15 years, our yard is a good size for zoomies, grass naps, and squirrel & bird watching. We have a table with comfy chairs and a kiddie pool. A crate of our guardian angel’s toys await your pooch. The neighbors on each side are dog free. You can spend time without a barking contest ensuing.

Cholula is a 5 year old GSP rescue who knows the value of play as she has had reactivity issues in the past (although she’s worked past most of those issues :) We understand the difficulty of these issues and she’s excited to share her space with you! Come spend time in a flowery private space with a kiddie pool, small agility set, toys and fresh water bowl.

We moved into our new house about 7 months ago. The yard is a good size, and is fully fenced in. We keep the grass in good condition and welcome your pups to come play. We have 3 dogs of our own, 2 pugs and a Belgian Mal. If you would like complete privacy we can keep our dogs inside. If you have smaller dogs and they would like some interaction, we can let the pugs out! We offer a pooper scooper, poop bags, water bowl, dog toys, chairs, a fire pit, and snacks! Organic, clean and green oasis in the city! Fully fenced in yard at a SFH with secure gate. Patio area and grass area. The grass is never treated with pesticides of any kind and is frequently mowed. In winter, no salt of any kind is used on sidewalk or patio; occasionally sand is used. In summer, a small pool can be provided. There are children's' toys out as well, but ask and they can be moved.

You can drop your dog off or stay. Fenced in yard that allows plenty of space for running exercise and exploring.

Our favorite times of year to see our Newfie play outside are winter (he loves to catch snowballs, chase our kids and then lay in the cold snow)…and the summer when he lays in the cool grass and plops himself down in the kiddie pool. Our house is located at the back of a cul-de-sac with parking either in the driveway or along the cul-de-sac. Our backyard is fully fenced and almost entirely private from our neighbors due to the trees around our property line. About .5 an acre of grass. Plenty of seating options for the humans. I own my own All-Natural Pet Store so there will always be healthy treats available for the dogs as well as a water bowl and poop bags or a pooper-scooper to utilize!
