Large area with a opened field in back (long grass). Great for jumping around in! Middle yard 3/4 fenced in, maintained and has shorter grass. Middle yard fenced on both sides and front, opens to the back yard that is unfenced, but does have shrubs and treeline on each side and a slight hill. All in all, great space to run for large and small dogs! Picnic tables to sit, sticks for pups to grab (lots of trees and shade in the middle yard), and water in cooler by picnic table (for dogs and humans! 😊). Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes WE ARE CLOSED…. Until the First of December🌲 due to Hunting Season it’s open firearm. Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool, and if you'd like to use the fire pit just let us know prior to your visit. If you have any questions or other requests, please let us know. 🙂

Maybe you live in the townhouses and really need to let Rover run! Residents of nearby Village Townhouses, Georgetown and Balfour Townhouse living and need a dog place! Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Electricity Provided for charging phones, etc. I'm (negotiable) preferably same family. It's a great place to come chill. Ask about other amenities. Games, pool , hammock, grilling, I can work with you. ****Note: This is considered private property. Therefore, adult beverages (no glass, plz) bringing a beer or? As well as your personal stash/alternative, as allowed by the State of Michigan/City of Lansing. Please do so responsibly.

2 acres white/black house Would have more amenities for humans but due to Covid and having elders at my house we’re taking precautions. If we get a lot of guests and are popular we will get more amenities for humans and dogs for being comfortable. I don’t think due to my location I will get many people using my property as I live in a lower populated area. So if you choose my property I promise it will become more convenient over time based on popularity and returning clients. We’re down to earth let us know what you’d like provided for future visits. This is new to us.
